It's snowing in Westfield, IN! You'd think it was a blizzard of North Westeros by the amount of people in the grocery store. I just needed some milk. (just saying)

Nothing grinds my gears like this rental's bathroom vanity. Eight incandescent bulbs. One is crooked. One is the wrong color temperature. The inefficiency and visual chaos are too much. Looks like I am buying a bulk pack of 2700K LEDs in the near future.

Making chicken soup. The aroma takes me back to my youth visiting my grandma in Newark. She lived in an upstairs apartment, and I remember catching the smell halfway up the stairs. Chasing those memories today.

It's moving day!

Relocating is hard, especially 10 hours away. The packing, the logistics, the stress. But the hardest part is when family gives you grief for leaving, without considering why: to grow, to improve, to build something better.

First BSOD since February. This setup’s been rock solid… until AutoCAD decided to throw hands. Mid-project. Time-sensitive. Naturally. Stop code: 0x00000000 — vague enough to be insulting. 85% collected… unlike my deadline.

Picked up these locally made gems from Raub's Farm Market and gave them a little pan-fry love myself. Crispy edges, warm filling, total comfort. Nothing beats cooking up something local and delicious to fuel the afternoon.

Born on this day in 2018, and stormed into our lives that November like the legend he was named after. From the moment we brought him home, this Boston terrier has been all sass, all heart, and all snorts. Whether he's side-eyeing us for daring to sit in his spot or zooming around the house like a caffeinated gremlin, Leroy brings joy, laughter, and just the right amount of chaos to our family. Here’s to many more years of tail wags, stubborn standoffs, and unconditional love. May he live another 7 years (at least!)—still sassy, still snuggly, and still the undisputed king of our hearts.
