i think if you constantly belittle the fandom that you’re trying to appeal to, you won’t face any success in being a part of that fandom. just some advice i’d that i’ve seen your anger bests you a lot of the time in situations where you don’t necessarily need to be angry, and it makes you an unlikeable figure in the fandom. i personally understand getting worked up during debates (i’m guilty of this myself) but working on it and working to be better about it so you don’t make people feel like you’re angry at them, or genuinely do hate them is important!

i don’t think saying “i hate you” to a fandom is how you’re going to get positive interaction on your blog. if you make it a more appealing and positive place for the lord of the flies fandom instead of belittling the members of it, you may have more success. your work is good, your art is good, you shouldn’t have to focus on the notes. especially in a fandom so small. i think posting for yourself should be something that you’re proud of, and creating a happy little community! perhaps it’s something to think about in the future. best of luck to you!!!
