Following policy - Sunwoo washes his hands before he returns, taking the santizer too and making sure his hands are completely dry of it before he reaches for the small creature. He’d been talking about it for months - he wants a puppy; but the excuse to actually get one has escaped him.

“He’s very cute,” Sunwoo coos, then, almost sheepishly, “how much is he to take home-?”

It was nice, having visitors to come around and meet with the animals that needed homes -- the mere thought caused her to smile. As she dealt with the cage that the puppy was in, she watched the man play with the puppy. She could tell he was enjoying the creature a little too much, causing a soft laughter to slip from her lips. “I think he likes you.” 

The two of them share this bond, like, and as if they were children once again. She licks her lips while grinning at the sight, they both had a stressful week and she wouldn’t lie about it, honestly, it feels as if Seolri is more tired than her and that’s the reason why she’s trying to push her spirits up by trying to be more cheerful. “I got food!” she repeats once again, a laugh following her statement before scooping some soup from the bowl to lean it over to the other’s lips, gesturing her to take it, because she needs the extra energy.

“I’m not doubting your love, I promise. I’m just asking.” She hums, nose crinkling slightly.

She made herself comfortable against the seat as she watched the other woman moving around. It made her wonder how someone would still have the energy to welcome someone after a long, stressful week. Nonetheless, she smiled at the sight and let out a soft laughter after hearing the other repeating her own word for the second time. With her chin placed in her hands, she nodded firmly. “I’m glad, now I think I need to be fed?”

“You are.” Scrunching up her nose, she puffed out her cheeks and exhaled deeply. “I missed you, dearly. Can we... eat?”

It’s hard to get me out of there, though. ❜ When he was younger he tried convincing his grandparents to adopt around five dogs at the same time, but sadly enough - due to their small apartment, they could not take even one, so that plan didn’t work out.  ❛ You have a cat? I like cats, but they’re kinda too fussy for my liking. ❜ He liked the way how easy it was to talk to the brunette, something on her kind face giving off a relaxed, serene atmosphere. Usually, he wasn’t much of a talker, quite on the reserved side until he got to know the person better, but this time words rolled off his tongue without much effort.  ❛ Do you work as a volunteer or normal job, like… a paying one? ❜
