Hey everyone! All remaining books and merchandise (as well as PDFs!) from Symbiosis: An 18+ Venom Zine are now available in our shop! Copies are first come first serve and sales will remain open until all our extras have been sold!

Symbiosis features 150+ pages of art & comics (both sfw & nsfw) by 120+ extremely talented artists! The zine is 8.5 x 8.5 inches and features a glossy cover!

THIS ZINE IS NSFW AND NOT SUITABLE FOR THOSE UNDER THE AGE OF 18. BY PURCHASING A COPY YOU ARE CONFIRMING THAT YOU ARE OVER THE AGE OF MAJORITY.

Hello everyone!

We just wanted to stop in quickly and let you all know that we’re finally ready to host our extras sale! The extras sale will take place this coming Sunday, February 16th, at 3 PM EST (What time is that for me?). We will have a few remaining bundles, zines, seconds copies, and an assortment of merchandise for sale, so please set a reminder if you are interested in snagging one of our remaining physical copies!

To our knowledge, we are currently up to date on all our correspondence and any refunds or reshipments have been processed. i received a shipment confirmation a few days ago but it still says its in pre-shipment, like the label was created but not dropped off at the post office yet. is that right? or is that the usps just not tracking it correctly

We’re checking in to let you know that all shipments have gone out at this time. If you have not received a shipment confirmation email or been contacted about your address, please check your spam folder and reach out to us at [email protected] with your name and original order number so that we can get your tracking information to you. 

If you requested a refund, to our knowledge all of those have processed at this time. If your payment has not yet cleared, please get in touch with us so we can check on things for you!

If you missed out on a physical copy of Symbiosis during pre-orders and would still like to get your hands on the zine, we will be hosting our extras sale in a few weeks, once all pre-orders are confirmed delivered. We’ll set a date and time and share more information once we’re closer to our sales window. Full bundles, extra merchandise, and seconds quality zines will be available at that time.

We ended up getting our zines a little bit later than expected when we shipped PDFs, but we finally received everything and are currently about 60% done with shipping out all orders. We apologize for the wait, our shipping mod is working solo, but we expect to have everything shipped within the next two weeks! Hello everyone!

Good news: our zines are finally here! Our shipment arrived today and we’re so, so pleased with the final product. We can’t wait for you to see them! (And for those of you who missed it on Twitter, our washi tape did finally clear customs; everything is here and ready to go!) 

It’ll likely take us a week or so to begin shipping out orders (our shipping mod is flying solo) but we’ve already begun packing everything up. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number once your items are in the mail! 

For those of you who missed out on pre-orders and would like to purchase a digital copy of the zine, you’re in luck: PDF’s are back in stock in the shop!  PDFs will remain available up until the conclusion of our extras sale, which will take place closer to the end of the year once we’ve confirmed receipt of all our pre-orders. 

We would also like to remind everyone who pre-ordered any copy of Symbiosis that you should have received a PDF download link for the zine (physical orders included!) If you have not, please reach out to us at [email protected] with your original order number and we will provide one for you!

We wanted to hop on and give you a little update. We finally have an exact date for when our zines will be completed & shipping to us. 

We delayed okaying our proof for a little bit to correct a few small errors and give our artists a chance to update any of their information that’s become outdated, but the zines are currently in print and set to ship to us on Sept 23! They should only take a few days to arrive to us after that and we’ll be sure to alert you all as soon as they’re in and packing has begun. We’re so excited to start sending everything out!

Unfortunately, we still have not received our washi tape. It has shipped successfully and entered the US, but it is currently being held at customs for inspection at the New York hub. 

We spoke with our manufacturer and their shipment provider earlier today and were informed that this is likely because it’s a large volume of merchandise and Chinese in origin. (Apparently, it’s garnering increased scrutiny because of the current trade war 👁️.) We were assured that our items should be released and delivered to us this week, but we’ll keep an eye out and keep you all updated when they arrive. 

In regards to PDFs: we’ve set a date for PDF shipment. All PDFs will be going out this Friday, September 20th! If you purchased the zine in any capacity, digital or a physical copy or bundle, you will be receiving a PDF download!

Hello everyone!

We wanted to take a moment to update you all on where we are in production. 

We have both good news and bad news, so we’ll start with the bad news first: Symbiosis hasn’t been printed yet. 

As we’ve mentioned previously, we picked a new printer for this project. We’ve had a less than stellar experience with them, and their failures in communication have led to a stall in both this project and another that we’re producing. So, we’ve decided to move production entirely and cease our partnership with them on Symbiosis. 

Now for the good news: We’ve already selected a new printer (one with which we’ve worked before to great success,) and started the ball rolling on heading to print. 

So what that means for everyone is that a) the zines will be just a little less fancy (ie cover style etc) than we were planning before due to our new printer’s capabilities, and b) we expect to receive our zines during the first week of September. 

We’re still going to be utilizing a press with a quick turnaround, so once our files are approved we should have all the books in about 5-7 business days. We’re working to adjust everything to accommodate our new printer, and we expect to have production underway during the last week of August.

More good news: Our washi tape is on the way! It took a little longer than we were expecting, but our shipment has finally been sent out, so we should have both the books and the tape ready to ship to you guys during the second week of September.

We’re checking in with another production update!

Our washi tape has been approved and is currently being printed. We’re expecting it to be completed and delivered to us in the next several weeks. 

Our corrected test print of the zine is due to be delivered to us later in the week! We’re not anticipating any major changes once the print is approved, so we’re looking to begin our print run by the end of next week. 

We’re utilizing digital printing for Symbiosis, so it won’t take terribly wrong to get all our books produced and delivered to us. The zines should be ready to ship in about three weeks, which, given that everything else is ready to go, will put our shipping date at the end of July/beginning of August! We’ll be sure to keep everyone apprised of any changes in our schedule, but we’ve entered the home stretch and we’re excited to begin shipping orders soon!
