Next, Michael’s wrap speech to Wunmi. Just the whole thing from beginning to end. “You are fucking everything” like Michael 😭😭😭. He really poured into her here. I also wonder what Wunmi would’ve said or did say when he wrapped if she was still there.

& third, their SAG aftra day! The interview with Viola, the little red carpet interview talking about past roles, the photos taken backstage like they were doing promo for another project of them as a couple when it was just them being them😭😭😭

Honorable mention(s): Their interactions while Ryan won during that Critics Choice event honoring black cinema and was thanking them, Delroy, & Miles in his speech. Then, in a cast Sirius XM interview where after she corrected the host on her name he looked up at her to check in until she smiled back😩😩.

All in all, I believe his dynamic with Wunmi is organic because he doesnt parade it around which would be pandering if he did. No one wouldve known that he invited her to celebrate Kwanzaa with his family where they did ancestral veneration with Wunmi if she didnt say anything. His own mother speaks so highly of her and has her number, which they contact eachother often.

And if he's as private as he definitely comes across, then thats pretty big.

The fact that he's explicitly said that he trusts her with his secrets and how vulnerable hes able to be with her specifically, be wasnt like that with any other woman as far as I know, whether they were black or not.... Idk thats a little too deep in to be pandering. If anything hes only pandering to one person which would be Wunmi😭

I have to include eye contact because Michael stay looking at Wunmi like she hung the stars and moon 🥹🥹🥹.

Lowkey words of affirmation too. With him telling her “she’s fucking everything” and that he wants her to have the world.

They already had immediate chemistry but getting to know each other so deeply and damn near being side by side on and off camera whenever he was smoke definitely made their bond unbreakable. Even in interviews you can tell their bond hits different.
