Formerly a scientist working alongside Sylph co, after an incident at their old job (that they refuse to talk about), Gene went into hiding and now works for Team Rocket. Despite claiming to have no ulterior motives, nobody really seems to trust them much. They specialise in Ghost & Ice type pokemon, and is especially passionate in studying Absol. They’re very serious about their ambitions and will not let anyone or anything stand in their way… 

Difficult to read, simultaneously acts dramatic but maintains an intense yet soulless gaze. Their obsession is not limited to just their work, but to those that catch their eye too, being an incredibly hopeless romantic, to say the least…

Extremely superstitious, especially believes in fate, luck & spirits, all that stuff. Isnt afraid of them most of the time (but carries around salt, just in case...)

thinkingggg thinking perhaps the whole plot around them is like. Strap makes a deal with G string, promising to like boost sales n stuff and hes like "ok yeah sure". And he doesnt know that Strap cursed the lingerie G strings company sells so now whenever people buy them theyre brainwashed into wanting to buy more and G string thinks that people just really like his brand IDK

And then panty finds ojt abt this and she buys it and she cantt stop buying from them n stockings like "something is fishyyyy" and uhhh idk super epic battle sequence with strap and panty and stocking

Its nothing super serious idk theyre kinda meant to be silly. Ig strap is kind of a powerful enemy bc they have an army of haunted underwear HELPPPP but uh whatever. whateverrr. Him and G strings relationship isnr sugarbaby or findom shit but a secret 3rd thing. yup.
