guess i took a 3 year break, been busy being an RN during the pandemic and shit. still doing that unfortunately but wanted to check on everyone

My whole family will be gone aug 8 idk when I’ll see them again and I uh can’t breathe but it’s fine

going to distract myself with mukbangs & be okay . ate some raspberries and blueberries earlier & they were gr8

why is there not a safe place to be honest ? I guess this is the closest thing there is. haven’t thought about killing my self in a long long time. But it came back tonight . I feel like I have zero control over my life now. Stuck in a nightmare. Will it get worse or better after I’m moved into my apartment and my family is gone to another state ? I don’t see it getting better but o well . just have to stay on this ride can’t get off anyway

when will the moving stress be over with I’m sick of random people here everyday feel like I constantly have to be “on” .... they’re trying to get furniture out of the house rn and it won’t fit thru the door ... I’m just like idk tired . need 2 relax and can’t bc its just constant issues

& I have too much anxiety to sleep but I need to sleep ... btw if ur like me and can never fall asleep , melatonin + magnesium citrate capsule + valerian root + lavender essential oil on ur arms and temples helps me . u don’t need to combine allll of them but u can

I’m like not ok and have too much going on but I can’t just like take a week off from work lol but that would help a little but also not rly bc I need money moving is hard harder when u and ur family that u live with are moving to different places

okay roll ur eyes but I swear there’s no tired like nurse that just got off her 12 but really it’s always 14 hour shift tired
