I recall when you first announced in your pinned post that you were going to allow call out posts I sent something along the lines of it being a horrible idea, bc anon hate would go rampant - to which you took that rule OUT of your pinned post, presumably because you agreed it was a bad idea
Since then, I have it on good authority that people HAVE sent you call outs about certain people, but you never posted them, but these past few days you allowed a throwaway account to post a call out and cause drama?
Is this a public burn book or isnât it? Or is it that as long as itâs your friends being called out, you wonât post others grievances about them - you broke your own rule, and your current followers seem to be the only people who care to interact w it, so I guess that speaks for itself
If you donât post this ask as you refuse to post many MANY others calling out you and your friends, I know where you stand and who youâre really using this blog for - to let you and ur buddies harass whoever on anon
Hi anon, welcome back to the Yautja Burn Book.
We never agreed that calling people out was a bad thing, but we agreed that the current wording was bad and could only lead to disaster. We then removed it so we could update it later with improved wording and rules that youâd need to follow to be able to call someone out. While the updated version was shared amongst the admins, it seems we forgot to update our blog to show the improved version, and for that, weâre sorry.
Out of the hundreds of asks weâve received, only 2 can be considered call-outs, and both of them were posted. One was posted on 18.7.2025, replying to a post @carajubu had made. We allowed it to be posted as it was less of a callout and more of a rant about how the current yautja community was behaving. And the second was the Dolores callout, posted 5.8.2025, and was calling her out for the NSFW Dek X reader story she had recently posted. At first, when we saw it, we didnât really know what to do and were close to ignoring it entirely. But we decided to do our research, looked her up, and⌠wow. The stuff we learned about her made us sure we were going to call her out. The only question is, should we let this anon do it, or should we, as the burnbook, do it? We eventually decided to just let the anon do it, though we realize now it was a mistake and we shouldâve taken it into our own hands instead of letting her get off easy. It's not a mistake weâll make again, and weâre currently in the process of updating our rules to reflect that.
You keep calling us biased which genuinely confuses us as yes, we the admins are human, and as humans we have biases- but we try to keep those biases out of the blog as much as we possibly can, and to help disprove that claim weâre willing to post all of our un-posted asks along with the reason why they weren't posted, if that's something the community wants.
