I just got out of the worst Phantom shift of my being..like Oh my Goodness/neg

I was scrolling pinterest saving stuff to my Otherkin board, specifically the angelKin subcategory, and I started getting like phantom limbs of all my wings and eyes and such, and at first it felt liberating but then it felt like my skin was melting off and my inner self was too big for my vessel and I wanted to scream and tear out of my skin and my bones were screaming and everything felt like it was on fire. I could feel my bones cracking and snapping and feathers tearing trhough my flesh, and eyes tearing their way through everything it was torturous...

It felt like I was stuck and that my body was unworthy of the soul trapped within it and my form was trying to tear and scrape itself from my muscle and bone.

And now my whole body hurts, like I can feel every bone- My back is killing me

It's so hard having chronic pain and also wanting to do quads and be true to myself.
