Progress? Still don’t know if I’ll finish it despite putting in 12 hours. The majority of which has been spent fighting the limitations of brushes.

I’m frustrated with the way erasers work digitally. Feels like you have no control over it.

#it’s like. what would take 10 minutes with pencil takes 30 mins or more #because the eraser can’t be controlled as much #the eraser just takes too much it’s too perfect. lowering opacity isn’t realistic either #and the lack of physical texture makes me work harder #why not just do it physically then? 1) messy 2) not easily transported (I’m doing this while at work)#I would have to bring my biggest sketchbook for something like this #no thanks. I don’t need to be hauling it around while it smudges up :|#this sounds salty but #I’m just annoyed because it’s taking long so idk if I’ll finish #and this is genuinely just a me problem #that I want to do less.. of this. less like this. and more stylized work #which is out of my comfort zone so my brain won’t allow it #so I’m stuck doing this which I’m not really keen on spending more time on #sorry I just have. mind issue. s.
