✦ my issues: i suffer from anxiety, depression, ednos, am currently waiting for my doctors to decide if i have bipolar or borderline. i'm on the spectrum (adhd + autism)

goals:

· lose some weight before seeing my family again (20 days)

· sign up to the local gym and get a plan done by a pt

· lose as much weight as possible before my doctor's appointment (60 days)

· see a psychiatrist who can get me back on my meds (which hopefully will, on top of actually making me not end myself, make me lose my appetite)

rules:

· fruits and vegetables (raw) are okay but no oil can be used

· any drink is okay as long as it's low calorie (under 50)

- coffee (black or with milk/coconut milk)

- broth

- soup (as long as it's low in calories)

- monster ultra

- diet drinks

- smoothie (low kcal)

- basically anything water based or anything i can drink. bonus points if spicy.

okay, since this recipe is literally life saving:

serves: 2

· 30g rice - 130 kcal (depends on variety, for reference i used regular white rice)

· 80g frozen broccoli - 23 kcal

· 80g frozen peas - 65 kcal

· 80g frozen green beans - 25 kcal

· 2 tsp. sriracha sauce (or to taste) - 10 kcal

· salt, pepper, and epazote - 0 kcal

cook the veggies and rice in boiling water, drain and add sauce. that's literally it, i got 2 servings out of it but even if you have the whole thing (which is really filling) you're only having 231 kcal.

breakfast: 103g honeydew melon (37 kcal), 125g fat free forest fruit yoghurt (60 kcal)

lunch: two medium boiled eggs with sriracha sauce (140 kcal), 118g cucumber (19 kcal)

snack: 113g grapefruit (47 kcal), iced lactose-free latte (42 kcal), americano with sugar-free syrup (4 kcal)

dinner: rice with veggies (115 kcal)
