2004.. started solo like many do. Now... 8 amazing coaches, IFBB pro Wife, honored Master of Fitness Sciences by ISSA. Nationally awarded Fitness Pro (Hylete), Spartan Race Coach, United States Weightlifting Coach, Over 15 other specialty certs. Have 4 more on my desk to finish. Been in FLEX, TRAIN, And Mens Fitness Mag. I love to learn. Been a firefighter for 11 years parttime and fulltime, have 2 beautiful children, I’m surrounded by amazing inspiring people everyday. Ive taken breaks but I have NEVER thought about throwing in the towel. So.. I think I’ll keep going! I still have so much to learn and help others become the best version of themselves.
