The people from Exandria can sense how many hit points they have (ex: “You had a rough night? I only have one hit point.”) People from Exandria also know what level of each of six ability traits they have: Strength, Dexterity, Constitution, Intelligence, Wisdom, and Charisma (ex: “I have an Intelligence of six, I know what I'm doing.”) They don’t have to speak the spells, cantrips or abilities they perform, but some people do so anyway. (ex: “Eldritch Blast!”) so they know what they’re called.
