Why Diaper Trainingš¼ Holds Special Powerš
Adult diaper training is more than a physical act; itās a psychological and emotional cornerstone. When a Mommy lovingly introduces, enforces, and celebrates diaper use, it signals complete care and dependency.
⢠Surrender and Security: Wearing and using diapers requires vulnerability. For the little, this act of letting go strips away adult pretenses and returns them to a state of pure reliance on Mommy. The crinkle of the diaper, the snug fit, and the ritual of changing become constant reminders of Mommyās loving authority.
⢠Routine and Consistency: Regular training schedules ā timed changes, hydration checks, and potty denial ā create predictability. Littles thrive on this structure. It reduces anxiety and deepens the headspace, allowing them to fully embrace their smaller self.
⢠Sensory and Emotional Reinforcement: The soft padding, the scent of powder, and Mommyās gentle (or firm) touch during changes create powerful associations. Over time, the diaper becomes a comfort object that says, āMommy is here. Mommy has you.ā
Mommyās advantage shines brightest here because she controls the pace, the rules, and the rewards. A well-trained little learns that accidents or purposeful use are met with understanding, praise, or gentle correction ā never shame outside agreed boundaries. This builds immense trust.
The Importance of Tasks in Diapered Training
Pairing diaper training with purposeful tasks multiplies its effectiveness. Tasks turn passive wearing into active submission. They keep the dynamic alive throughout the day and give Mommy clear ways to guide behavior.
Key Benefits of Combined Training and Tasks:
1. Focus and Obedience: Simple tasks like coloring while diapered, folding laundry in just a onesie and diaper, or completing household chores with a plugged or padded bottom keep the littleās mind centered on their role. The physical reminder of the diaper makes every movement a submissive act.
2. Building Discipline: Progressive tasks ā starting with short periods of diapered reading time and advancing to full-day wear with writing assignments or posture practice ā teach patience and dedication. Mommy can reward completion with cuddles, stories, or special playtime.
3. Emotional Regulation: Many littles struggle with adult stress. Diapered tasks provide a healthy outlet. The combination of restriction (the diaper) and direction (the task) quiets racing thoughts and fosters a peaceful, regressed mindset.
4. Intimacy Through Oversight: Mommy inspecting task results, checking diaper condition, or assigning new challenges creates frequent touchpoints. These moments reinforce the power exchange and allow for loving reinforcement or playful correction.
Effective tasks might include:
⢠Journaling feelings about diaper time
⢠Practicing ālittle speechā or rules recitation
⢠Light exercise or stretching while padded
⢠Preparing snacks or setting up play areas under supervision
⢠Educational activities like ABC practice or simple crafts

The Importance of Stuffies (Plushies) in ABDLš§øš°š¹š¦š¼š¼š¼š¤±
Stuffed animals, often called āstuffiesā in the community, play a central and meaningful role in the Adult Baby Diaper Lover (ABDL) lifestyle and fetish. They are far more than just cute accessories ā they serve emotional, psychological, and practical purposes for many babies.
1. Emotional Comfort and Security
Many people in the ABDL community use stuffies as comfort objects during age regression or ālittle space.ā They provide a sense of safety, nostalgia, and unconditional love similar to how children use teddy bears or blankets. Hugging a stuffie can help reduce anxiety, stress, or feelings of vulnerability that often accompany wearing diapers or engaging in baby roleplay. For some, a favorite stuffie becomes a consistent āfriendā that helps ground them emotionally.
2. Enhancing Age Regression and Roleplay
Stuffies are key props in immersive ABDL scenes. They help adults tap into a younger headspace by:
⢠Encouraging playful behaviors (talking to them, āfeedingā them, playing pretend).
⢠Reinforcing the caregiver/little dynamic (a partner might tuck a stuffie in with the little one).
⢠Making the experience feel more authentic and innocent, which balances the adult fetish elements for many people.
3. Psychological Benefits
⢠Coping Mechanism: Stuffies can help process trauma, loneliness, or adult-life pressures by offering non-judgmental companionship.
⢠Sensory Comfort: The soft texture provides tactile soothing, which pairs well with the padded feeling of diapers.
⢠Identity and Expression: Choosing specific stuffies (bears, dinosaurs, cartoons, etc.) lets people express their ālittleā personality.
4. Practical Uses in ABDL Play
⢠Cuddling during diaper time or changing scenes.
⢠Photo props for anonymous community sharing.
⢠Travel companions ā many ABDLs bring a small stuffie for discreet comfort on trips.
⢠Bonding tool in relationships (stuffies can be āgiftsā from a caregiver).
Community Perspective
In ABDL forums, discords, and events, stuffies are celebrated. People often share collections, name their plushies, and even build ānestsā with them. Some view their stuffie as an extension of their little side. Itās common to see custom or high-quality plushies (like from Build-A-Bear or specialty makers) customized with ABDL themes.

š Pacifiers 101 š
⨠Whether you call it a pacifier, soother, dummy, paci, or any other name, many cadets aboard the little space station enjoy them! Hereās the rundown of things you should know about them before you buy one! āØ
š An adult sized pacifier is the safe and best choice. š
While baby pacifiers are more easily accessible, they arenāt meant for people with bigger mouths/teeth. Baby pacis are too short and are only able to reach just past your teeth. Pacifiers are supposed to end up at the roof of your mouth, which is why different sizes exist in the first place. If a paci is too short/small, then there are two outcomes:
Instead of your tongue keeping your paci from slipping out, you would bite down on it to keep it in place. Clenching your jaw shut for too long can cause aches and pain in both your jawline and your teeth.
If you attempt to suck your baby paci, your tongue will push itself against your front teeth repeatedly. This repeated force from your tongue is strong enough to push your teeth forward, which, if done excessively and over a long enough time frame, can lead to either an overbite or underbite. Long before that happens however, your front teeth will ache.
Adult pacifiers should not cause these problems. There are only a very few exceptions where they would not help, and Iāll list them:
You have barely lost your front teeth. Teeth and genetics are weird, and while the majority of people will have lost their front teeth when they were 6 or 7, some people lose their baby teeth later than that. Some individuals even get an entire second set of adult teeth! If any of these situations apply to you, then using any pacifier (but especially a too small one) after your new teeth have grown in is an unwise idea. There are gaps in the bone underneath your gumline, which means your teeth are especially sensitive to any type of pressure and are highly susceptible to shifting out of alignment. It typically takes a year for the bone underneath to solidify, in which case you should wait to use a paci until then.
You have braces/have barely gotten your braces removed. Similar to the circumstances above, if your teeth have recently been purposefully shifted into alignment, using a pacifier can cause aches and movement in your teeth. This can be prevented with the very important tool your dentist gave you: a retainer! Adult pacifiers fit perfectly behind your retainers, which will prevent any movement and/or pressure on your teeth. I would recommend not using your pacifier without a retainer until: you are instructed to stop using a retainer altogether or a year after you are instructed to use your retainer only while youāre sleeping. These times are greater than if you had new teeth because the older you are, the longer your body takes to grow - this includes bone. The older you have dental work done, the longer itāll take for this bone to fully fill the space your teeth have vacated; if your dentist has instructed you to use your retainer for the rest of your life, I do not recommend using a pacifier for long periods of time without a retainer in place, as you have an increased risk of developing an overbite.
Your mouth is too small. The question is in which way your mouth too small? For example, if your teeth are too big for your mouth (and you may have even had some of them removed to make space/have straight teeth) then chances are that you would have to use an adult paci. However, if your teeth are short and otherwise child-sized, then you may instead find that the largest baby paci (36 months) will suit you fine and cause no pain. In this very specific circumstance, a baby pacifier may suit your needs better, as, to reiterate, as long as the paci ends at the roof of your mouth then you shouldnāt have any problems.
š The Care and Cleaning of Your Pacifier š
All pacifiers should be properly cleaned and sanitized when you first get one. Afterwards, they should be routinely cleaned to prevent bacteria and germs from growing and entering your mouth, even if they donāt seem dirty.
Wash it with warm water and dish soap. Take a clean cloth or towel, damp it with warm water, add a squirt of dish soap, and carefully clean the nipple and the back of the shield. Other soaps may not be food safe - as in, suitable for something youāre going to be putting in your mouth - so itās best to be careful.
Use pacifier wipes. In stores, there exist specific wipes to clean pacifiers with! Some are vaguely flavored, so even if you might pop your paci in right after cleaning, it wonāt leave a chemical taste in your mouth.
In the event that your pacifier needs to be completely sanitized (such as dropped on the ground or other unsanitary place or if used during an illness) your options are:
If you have an undecorated pacifier, as in one without any added embellishments, then you can bring some water to a boil, disassemble and toss the paci in there, stir it around for 2-5 minutes, remove it, and allow it to cool completely before putting it back together and placing it in your mouth.
If you have a decorated pacifer, check with the seller to see if there are any specific cleaning instructions.
After using your pacifier, make sure it is dry before putting it in storage to prevent the development of germs and bacteria - if possible, cleaning it after usage is recommended for long term storage.
Storage can be any container or location that is clean and dry: an old lunch box, a new pencil case/box/bag, a new make-up bag, a tin container, a tupperware container, a mason jar, a Halloween pail, an Easter basket, a Valentineās Day box/tin/mailbox, and even a drawer are all examples of what you can use. If your pacifier storage can be easily cleaned, then feel free to use it!
š Pacifier Usage š
While using your pacifier, itās best to avoid the practices that can lead to aches and pain, as previously mentioned.
Your tongue should not be touching or pushing against your front teeth at any point in the process, as this is what commonly leads to teeth aches and teeth shifting out of alignment. On top of this, you run the risk of becoming comfortable resting your tongue against your teeth even when you arenāt using your pacifier, which can also lead to your teeth shifting out of alignment.
Instead, your tongue should be resting along the bulb of the nipple, which should be right below your hard or soft pallet. Suckling may push the bulb towards the back of the mouth (or, your tongue moves along the stem of the nipple), but as long as your tongue doesnāt brace the nipple against any teeth, you shouldnāt experience any discomfort.
You may be tempted to bite down on your pacifier to keep it in your mouth, but as long as itās properly sized, thatās not necessary. In fact, biting down on it can strain your jaw, similar to how teeth grinding can do the same. If you find yourself doing this often, with the jaw pain to go along with it, you may find it better to buy a mouth guard - some models even have a pacifier-like exterior, and you can view them as a more teether-like alternative.
When using your pacifier for long periods of time, you may begin to notice discoloration alongside the corners/edges of your mouth. This is common for people who use pacifiers, people who have retainers, or people who produce more saliva/drool more than average.
Donāt fret! Lip balms that promise ālip repairā, āintense therapyā, and āskin protectingā can be used at the corners of your mouth to soothe any irritation and prevent future discoloration from occurring again. If these are unavailable, petroleum jelly may help.
⨠Class dismissed - now go ahead and get the pacifier of your dreams, cadet!āØ
I love babyish clothing as much as the next guy but I also love ridiculously embarrassing over-the top overt ageplay wear.
Put me in an oversized t-shirt with nothing but the pampers logo, no t-shirt to cover my kiddos (the pampers ones, of course). Leave me to play out in the yard like a proper tot.
Put me in a onesie clad with thickly diapered cartoon characters and set me down for an hour of babyish television. Leave me next to the window so that any passerby knows just how thoroughly Iāve failed at adulthood.
Leave no regard for the how tight and revealing my pants are. In fact, make them so tight that my padded bottom is completely impossible to disregard. Put in so many boosters that it feels like the fabric will rip open entirely.

Vol. 4 Always Little
The world expects everyone to grow up, get tough, and leave childhood behind.
Like childhood is a room you walk out of one day, shut the door, and never go back.
But for me?
I donāt think the door ever locked.
I donāt even think I properly left.
For as long as I can remember, there has always been this little part of me. A softer part. A younger feeling part. A part that looks at the world and thinks, āthis is too big, too loud, too heavy, and I dunno how everyone else is doing it so easy.ā
Not because Iām stupid.
Not because I canāt do grown up things.
I can work. I can pay bills. I can drive my car. I can make decisions when I really have to. I can put on the grown up mask and pretend I know what Iām doing.
But underneath all that, I think my normal setting has always been the same.
Small.
Soft.
Young.
A bit wobbly.
A bit more fragile than everyone else seems to be.
Like everyone else got given a grown up instruction book and I got given a blankie, a plushie, and a confused little brain going, āumm⦠help?ā
And I think some of that is just how Iām built too. My brain gets overloaded easy. Too much noise, too much pressure, too many things at once, too many feelings, too many steps, too much having to be a proper person. Sometimes it feels like everything in my head is buffering at the same time and someone has opened 47 tabs and one of them is playing music but I canāt find which one.
My body can be a bit wobbly too. A bit clumsy. A bit awkward with fiddly things sometimes. Especially when Iām tired or stressed or already all used up. So the world can feel big in more than one way.
For a long time, I hated that about myself.
I felt out of place around all the heavy adult stuff. Serious voices, pressure, big decisions, scary phone calls, work things, money things, life things, all the sharp grown up edges.
i always felt more easily overwhelmed by it than I thought I was meant to be.
I felt younger than people around me, even when I wasnāt.
More anxious.
More soft.
More easily scared.
More needing gentleness, reassurance, help, and care.
And I didnāt have the words for it.
I just knew there was something in me that didnāt seem to grow out of needing softness.
Something that still wanted to be spoken to gently.
Something that still wanted to be comforted like a little one.
Something that still reached for plushies, cartoons, blankets, bottles, nappies, cosy routines, nursery feelings, and safe make believe worlds when everything got too much.
I know some people call that being a permakid, or permalittle, or always being connected to a younger part of yourself.
I donāt know if every label fits me perfect.
But when I read stuff like that, something in me goes really quiet and really loud at the same time.
Likeā¦
Oh.
Thatās me.
Thatās what Iāve been trying to say.
Because I donāt just āact littleā sometimes.
I donāt just like cute things.
I donāt just like plushies and cartoons and soft pyjamas and babyish comfort things because theyāre cute, even though they are very very cute.
Itās deeper than that.
It feels like part of who I am.
Part of my brain.
Part of my body too.
Part of how I cope.
Part of how I love.
Part of how I feel safe.
Part of how I understand myself.
Sometimes my regression is not really a choice. Sometimes I donāt sit there and decide to feel little. It just happens.
My thoughts get smaller.
My words get harder.
My feelings get bigger.
The world gets louder.
The grown up mask slips off.
And suddenly Iām not a sensible adult doing life properly. Iām just a tired, scared, overwhelmed little feeling thing who wants safety, softness, cuddles, and someone kind to say, āyouāre okay, Iāve got you, you donāt have to be so big right now.ā
Sometimes I regress because Iām anxious.
Sometimes because Iām sad.
Sometimes because I feel lonely.
Sometimes because I feel unsafe, rejected, embarrassed, or ashamed.
Sometimes because my brain and body are worn out from pretending Iām fine.
Sometimes because I get so overstimulated or scrambled that being big just stops working properly for me.
And sometimes it happens because something soft finally lets me stop fighting.
A blankie.
A plushie.
A cartoon.
A bottle.
A dummy.
A nappy.
A kind voice.
A gentle ācome here, baby.ā
A moment where I donāt have to explain myself perfect to be loved.
Thatās the bit people donāt always understand.
Regression, for me, isnāt just play.
Itās coping.
Itās comfort.
Itās healing.
Itās my brain finding the safest little corner it knows and curling up there.
Itās the part of me that didnāt always feel safe trying to build a tiny nursery inside my own heart.
And yes, nappies are part of that for me too.
Not as a joke.
Not as a silly costume.
Not as some random seperate thing that has nothing to do with the rest of me.
They are part of my comfort language.
Part of my little language.
Part of the way my body and brain understand care.
There is something about being padded that makes me feel held in a way I canāt really explain properly. The softness. The bulk. The crinkle. The way it hugs me. The babyish routine of it. The feeling of being protected and ready and allowed to need looking after.
And if Iām honest, when my body feels tired, awkward, achey, tense, or not fully on my side, that feeling of being protected means even more.
It tells a very deep part of me:
Youāre safe.
Youāre allowed to be small.
Youāre allowed to need care.
You donāt have to be embarrassed about being vulnerable.
That doesnāt mean ABDL is simple for me. It isnāt. There can be grown up feelings around it too, and Iām not gonna pretend it all fits into neat little boxes.
But deep down?
Nappies connect to the same place as regression does.
The same place as plushies.
The same place as bottles.
The same place as being tucked in.
The same place as being checked on.
The same place as someone noticing Iām wobbly before I have to ask for help.
The same place as someone understanding that sometimes I need more patience, more softness, and simpler gentler things.
Itās all part of the same soft map.
A map that points toward comfort.
Which is probably why Plushveria exists.
Plushveria isnāt just a silly fantasy kingdom I made up because I like cute things.
Although, yes, I do like cute things and I will defend plushie goverment as a very serious and valid system. The council has badges. There are forms. Probably written in crayon, but still.
Plushveria is what my inside world looks like on the outside.
It is what my heart looks like when itās trying to feel safe.
Castle Cuddlekeep is the part of me that wants somewhere warm to come home to.
The Plushie Council is the part of me that wants to be watched over by soft loyal little creatures who take my wellbeing very seriously.
Meltdown Marsh is the part of me that needs a protected place where big feelings are allowed and nobody gets cross just because I canāt cope.
And honestly, it makes sense my brain made somewhere like that. A place with softer rules. A place where being overwhelmed isnāt treated like being difficult. A place where needing extra help, extra rest, or extra gentleness doesnāt make you a problem.
Bottle Brook, Milk River, blanket nests, tiny royal decrees, comfort quests, sleepy missions, and emergency cuddle rules are all silly, yes.
But theyāre also real in the way feelings are real.
They are how my brain turns overwhelm into something softer.
How loneliness becomes a kingdom.
How shame becomes a story I can survive.
How a tired little prince can be wrapped in blankets instead of being told off for not being big enough.
Thatās why all of this matters so much to me.
Because my little side isnāt just an aesthetic.
It isnāt just cute posts.
It isnāt just crinkles and bottles and sleepy faces and nursery dreams.
Itās the part of me that still wants to be loved gently.
The part that wants to be picked.
The part that wants someone to see all the softness and not decide itās too much.
The part that wants to be cared for without being made to feel broken.
The part that wants to hear, āyouāre not wrong for needing this.ā
I think some people imagine age regression as something neat and occasional. Like you put on cute pyjamas, watch cartoons for a bit, maybe cuddle a plushie, then pack it away.
And sometimes, yes, it can look like that.
But for me, it goes much deeper.
I can be adult and little at the same time.
Capable and needy.
Funny and fragile.
Clever and crinkly.
Silly and very emotional.
A grown man who can talk about work, money, family, scary life things, and the future⦠but who also has a very real little boy living close to the surface, clutching a plushie and hoping someone gentle wonāt leave.
A person who can seem fine on the outside, while inside my brain is buzzing, my body is tired, my hands are fumbling, my feelings are too big, and all I really want is to be somewhere soft and safe.
For a long time, I thought that made me strange.
Now I think maybe it just makes me me.
I donāt want to spend my whole life fighting the little part anymore.
I donāt want to keep treating him like an embarrassing secret shoved in a cupboard.
Heās been trying to keep me safe for years.
Heās the part of me that still reaches for comfort when things hurt.
The part that still believes softness matters.
The part that can turn a bad day into a blanket nest, a Plushie Council meeting, or a tiny royal decree from a kingdom made of cushions and hope.
He deserves kindness.
He deserves care.
He deserves to exist without being laughed at.
And maybe I do too.
So maybe I am a permakid in some ways.
Maybe Iām perma little.
Maybe Iām age regressed sometimes, age dreaming sometimes, ABDL always somewhere in the background, and naturally soft and childlike in a way that has followed me my whole life.
Maybe I donāt need one perfect label.
Maybe I just need honesty.
And the honest truth is this:
I have always felt little inside.
I have always been drawn to care, softness, babyish comfort, plushies, nappies, cartoons, safe routines, silly worlds, and the idea of being lovingly looked after.
I have always needed more gentleness than I knew how to ask for.
And I am trying, slowly, to stop being ashamed of that.
Because this isnāt me trying to become someone else.
This is me finally understanding the little boy who was there all along
What Do I Need To Explore AgePlay?
The truth is, you donāt need anything but your imagination. In communities like ours, and indeed across other headspace interests like pup play. Itās easy to get caught up in the scenes we see online and think you need a myriad of clothing and furniture pieces to even start considering jumping into things.
You donāt need to buy diapers, onesies, own a crib or a cool race car bed and you certainly donāt need to commit to your ageplay 24/7. These items may help you get into your desired headspace but arenāt at all necessary to get the job done. Think of these things as scene enhancers, much like putting on a costume for a role before you get into character
I consider myself to be a social little, meaning my little space is much easier for me to indulge in with other people, it doesnāt matter if they themselves are little or a middle or even a big. When Iām around other people I find it so much easier to slip into my headspace and just enjoy a good coloring book or create lego monstrosities which I proudly call spaceships. In my little space I like to keep quiet and be on my best behavior, I wouldnāt ever want to be put in time out!
In contrast to that, my middle space is very bratty. You have to tell me everything twice and Iāll still do it wrong just to see what sort of punishment Iāll get this time around. I love playing games, staying up late, and maybe watching a campy horror movie with friends and may only ever end up in diapers if Iām caught lurking around the changing table trying to sneak one into my backpack. This is also the space I find myself in if Iām exploring ageplay on my own.
Big Krib may not come out often, but he loves nothing more than changing diapers, offering post change cuddles and bouncing kiddos on his knee. If theyāre in the middle, I may go out of my way to find something that makes them blush and I will push those buttons until their face is bright red and buried in their hands. Who doesnāt love an embarrassing daddy type? I may even wear a diaper myself just to show you how you should be using them and celebrate every accident you have just to remind you that this is exactly how things should be!
I donāt restrict myself in the roles available to me, and neither should you! Explore the options that ABDL encompasses and find out what you like. Being open to change and growth in your journey of self exploration will lead to a vibrant selection of opportunities for you to indulge and enjoy.

I feel like this video is speaking to me. I love my diapers so much.
Itās true I canāt get away from diapers. I canāt get enough of diapers. I love diapers so much. All I think about is diapers and diaper exposure. ļæ¼

I still pee my pants..
Like when you really think about it thatās so embarrassing to admit
Iāve had my entire life to learn potty training and that whole time itās been reinforced in me by literally all of society..
And yet here I am.. wearing a diaper.. and itās soaking wet after multiple āaccidentsā
When you put it that way, itās really very blushy..
Yup...
This is a beautiful complicity and understanding between friends, who prefer to put aside their adult girl fun and find out why one of their best friends refuses to go out, until they discover that she likes to feel like a baby, and then instead of rejecting or mocking her, they all decide to have a gesture of complicity and in a gesture of true friendship, they all decide to place a diaper and onesie sequel and make their friend enjoy an incredible ABDL moment, she never finds herself I imagine enjoying a moment like this with her friends and this has given her one of the happiest days of her life, this is loyalty and friendship!!!!
