A new week! Starting a new week brings new challenges. Do you know the secret to facing them? A grateful heart!

“Give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus.” (1 Thessalonians 5:18)

Begin each day of the week with a prayer of gratitude to your Heavenly Father. He grants you each new day to live with Him. Focus on God’s presence and the salvation He has given you, the best gift you have ever received.

It is true that there are many challenges each day and that often things don’t go as we would like. But there is something that is constant in the lives of God’s children: His presence and His love. Rejoice today because God never abandons you; He is by your side and loves you more than anyone.

“So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.” (Isaiah 41:10)

Receive God’s strength and help today. He will help you face everything that comes your way today and throughout the week.

May you have a week filled with blessings and a heart overflowing with gratitude at all times! That is God’s will for you and me.

Fighting the Ego:

“For whoever wants to save their life will lose it, but whoever loses their life for me will find it.” (Matthew 16:25)

We live in a time when the “self” is at the center of everything. People are taught to think only of themselves, their desires, their will, and their own interests. Society values ​​extreme individualism, where each person seeks their own happiness without concern for others. This way of life, little by little, distances us from God and the principles taught by Jesus.

When the ego dominates the heart, we stop listening to God’s voice. We begin to rely only on our own strength and forget that we depend on the Lord in everything. The Bible teaches us that we were created to live in communion, to share, to serve, and to love. However, current trends encourage us to compete, compare ourselves to others, and seek personal recognition above all else.

Jesus showed us a different path. He lived with humility, served others, and loved even those who rejected him. Following Christ means learning to deny our ego every day. It means understanding that we are not the center of our lives, but that God must occupy first place.

Humility draws us closer to God and to others. When we are humble, we acknowledge our faults and learn to forgive. By sharing, we demonstrate love in practice. Loving our neighbor is not just a feeling, but a daily attitude of care, respect, and service.

Fighting the ego is not easy, but it is necessary. It is a daily exercise of prayer, surrender, and obedience. The more we allow God to work in us, the more we learn to live according to his will.

Let us choose the path of love, humility, and communion, reflecting the character of Christ in a world increasingly distant from these values.

God Never Abandons You:

“My God, my God, why have you forsaken me? Why are you so far away, and not come to save me? Why do you not hear my cry?” (Psalm 22:1)

Psalm 22 is a poetic gem that expresses the deepest feelings of abandonment, loneliness, and anguish. But it is also a powerful testimony to God’s presence and faithfulness, even in life’s darkest moments. It is a prayer of faith and hope. It reminds us that, even when we feel lost and powerless, God is always by our side.

The opening words of Psalm 22, “My God, my God, why have you forsaken me?” resonate in many hearts that have experienced despair and the feeling that God has abandoned them. However, as the psalm progresses, its author recalls the ways in which God was present in his life, from his mother's womb to times of difficulty.

He remembers God's faithfulness in the past and his confidence that, even in the worst circumstances, the Lord would not abandon him.

This reflection invites us to look at our own lives and remember the times when God has been by our side, guiding us, sustaining us, and strengthening us. Even when everything seems to be falling apart, God does not abandon us. He is our refuge and strength, our ever-present help in times of trouble.

So no matter how dark the circumstances may seem, remember that God has not abandoned you. He is with you, even when you don't feel His presence. Trust in His faithfulness and allow hope and faith to carry you through life's storms. The darkness may be profound, but in the end, God's light will always shine.

We are God's co-workers:

“I planted, Apollos watered, but God gave the growth. So neither he who plants nor he who waters is anything, but only God who gives the growth. He who plants and he who waters are one, and each will receive his own reward according to his own labor. For we are God’s co-workers; you are God’s field, God’s building.” (1 Corinthians 3:6-9)

Sometimes we think that only pastors, missionaries, or evangelists have the mission of impacting this world with the message of salvation. It is true that they have received a special calling. But everyone who loves God and has received Jesus as Lord and Savior is called to collaborate by bringing the kingdom of God closer to their community.

When the Bible calls us God’s co-workers, it reminds us that we must do everything with God’s anointing and for His glory. Helping someone in need, smiling at someone who is sad, or offering words of encouragement to someone about to give up are practical ways to collaborate with God in blessing others.

Collaborating with God means living guided by Him, actively participating in the expansion of His kingdom on this earth. God has called us to make disciples of all nations, and our daily actions should demonstrate our commitment to that mission.

Wherever God has placed you—with your family, at work, at school, or in your community—you have daily opportunities to reflect His love. Small gestures made with faith and love can impact lives: listening attentively, acting with integrity, forgiving when it's difficult, serving without expecting recognition. Allow the love of Christ to guide your decisions. Be His instrument, sowing seeds that He will make grow in His perfect timing.

Remember that the outcome depends not on your strength, but on God. Your task is to obey, love, and trust. By living with a willing heart, you show the world what the kingdom of God is like: close, compassionate, and full of grace. Cooperate with the Lord today, wherever you are, knowing that every act of love, however simple it may seem, has eternal value in God's hands.

The Prayer of Adoration:

“This, then, is how you should pray: ‘Our Father in heaven, hallowed be your name, your kingdom come, your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven.’” (Matthew 6:9-10)

One type of prayer we can offer to God is the prayer of adoration. To worship God is to render Him worship and dedicate ourselves to Him, choosing to do His will each day. By worshiping God, we acknowledge His greatness and His Lordship, we exalt His name, and we open our hearts to His movement.

Praying in worship to God leads us to examine our hearts and our entire being more closely. How can I please God more? How can I draw closer to Him and His will for my life?

I Want More of You:

“You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart.” (Jeremiah 29:13)

When we choose to draw closer to God, we begin a journey of complete renewal in our lives. Seeking more of God begins with prayer. It is essential to set aside time each day to talk with the Lord. Prayer draws us closer to God’s heart and allows us to share our concerns, give thanks for His blessings, and hear His voice.

Reading the Bible is also essential. The Scriptures are the living word of God, offering wisdom, comfort, and direction. Meditating on the Word allows it to penetrate deeply into our being, shaping our attitudes and actions.

Worship is another powerful way to seek more of God. When we praise and worship, our hearts are lifted up, and our perspective changes. We come to see the circumstances of our lives through the lens of faith and hope. It is also vital to participate in a Christian community, such as a church. Together, we encourage and strengthen one another in faith, remembering that we are not alone on our journey.

“But seek first his kingdom, and all these things will be given to you as well.” (Luke 12:31)

As we seek God more, our daily lives are transformed. We experience peace in the midst of storms, joy in times of sadness, and strength when we are weak. God’s presence guides us, comforts us, and gives us purpose.

Seeking God More:

* Dedicate time daily to prayer and Bible reading.

* Actively participate in a Christian community for support and growth.

* Practice worship, praising God in all circumstances.

For prayer:

Lord, I want more of you! Pour out your favor upon me. Let your presence ignite my heart to seek you even more. I want to continue being molded by you, growing and bearing fruit like a fruitful tree in your hands. In the name of Jesus, amen.

Making Decisions That Glorify God

“Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths.” (Proverbs 3:5-6)

We spend a large part of the day making decisions. Getting up is already a decision... we could stay resting for a few more minutes. But we get up because we know we have responsibilities to fulfill. Like that one, every decision we make requires an analysis, conscious or unconscious, of the pros and cons.

However, the best decision we can make each day is to allow God to direct our path. When we surrender our will to His and seek His guidance in prayer and by reading His Word, we stop depending solely on our logic or emotions, and we learn to discern what is truly good and right. God, who sees beyond what we can see, knows the best path for our lives and desires to guide us toward what will bring true peace and purpose.

God-guided decisions ensure that we walk on firm ground. Divine wisdom frees us from mistakes we might regret and allows us to live in a way that honors God and blesses those around us.

When we let Him take control, our decisions reflect His love, His justice, and His perfect will.

Therefore, whenever you face a decision, whether big or small, stop and seek the wisdom that comes from above.

Pray, trust, and wait on the Lord. He promises to give abundantly to those who ask Him in faith. Remember that there is no better place to be than in the center of God's will, because there you will find direction, purpose, and the true happiness of living in communion with Him.

“If any of you lacks wisdom, you should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to you. But when you ask, you must believe and not doubt, because the one who doubts is like a wave of the sea, blown and tossed by the wind.” (James 1:5-6)

Where is your hope?

“I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace. In this world you will have trouble, but take heart! I have overcome the world.” (John 16:33)

Jesus assured us that in this world we would have troubles, but he also affirmed that we can have peace in the midst of them, because he has already overcome the world. No trouble is more powerful than our God.

Likewise, he conquered death and is at the Father’s side interceding for us. Christ rose again and continues to work on your behalf.

“Who then is the one who condemns? No one. Christ Jesus who died—more than that, who was raised to life—is at the right hand of God and is also interceding for us.” (Romans 8:34)

Even in the midst of life’s difficulties, you can believe that God has the best for you and that He will deliver you from any attack of the enemy. Don’t rely on your own strength. Place all your hope in the loyal love of your Lord and Savior!

“For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” (Jeremiah 29:11)

Trust that what God has for you is good. Stand firm in the hope that the time of testing will pass, but abundant life in Christ is eternal.

Are you steadfast in your hope in the Lord?

You Will Lack Nothing:

“Fear the Lord, you his saints, for those who fear him lack nothing. The young lions may grow weak and hungry, but those who seek the Lord lack nothing.” (Psalm 34:9-10)

By faith, you will lack nothing you truly need. God exercises his care and provision even in the most difficult times of our lives. Remember that on the darkest days, the sun continues to shine behind the clouds. We don't see it, but it keeps shining... Likewise, although our eyes cannot see him, God continues on his holy throne in heaven; he sees all and can do all. He is also by your side; you only have to believe. He is good and sustains those who trust and rest in him.

When the people of Israel were in the desert, they complained about the lack of variety in their food—something they hadn't lacked in Egypt. But they enjoyed daily water and manna, the bread from heaven that God sent them. They forgot to be grateful for what they already had, that this phase in the desert was temporary, and that they would be fine if they stopped complaining so much.

The Heavenly Father always takes care of His children. Even if you don't have everything you would like, you should show gratitude for what you have now. God gives you enough for today and helps you persevere. Believe that the most difficult phase will pass. Be satisfied with Jesus, the living bread that came down from heaven, and trust that He is the God of miracles.

What are you lacking?

* Depend more on the Provider than on provision.

* Read Matthew 6:25-34. What does Jesus teach you with these words?

* Reflect for a moment on your life: Is what you have enough? Do you have air to breathe, something to eat, drink, and wear?

* Pray and ask God for your daily bread and thank Him. Repeat this prayer every day.

* You don't need to accumulate possessions to be prosperous and happy. The greatest wealth in life is having God and enjoying His daily provision.

* Ask God to help you use wisely the resources you have at your disposal. Fight with the weapons God gives you.

* Share what God gives you with people in need. With Christ, little is much; He multiplies when we divide.

* Find a mature brother or sister in the faith, tell them what's bothering you, and ask them to pray with you. You are not alone.

* Jesus can transform lack into abundance. Give your cause to Him and depend on the Lord.

To pray:

My Lord and my God, I trust in Your provision. Help me always to depend on and trust in Your Word. Thank You for what I have, my God. Even though it may be little, you have never let me lack what is essential. I trust in you now and forever. Look upon our condition, Father, and bless us for your glory. I thank you for everything, in Jesus' name, amen.

Lord, I don't like to suffer!

No one likes to suffer; that's a fact about human nature. We like to be healthy, have all our needs met, and be surrounded by people who love and cherish us.

But the reality is that illnesses come, financial problems knock on our door, and people let us down. In short, we suffer!

What is my attitude toward suffering? Do I complain, cry, and become depressed? Or do I take my pain and my requests to God, waiting on Him, knowing that He will act and sustain me? Things may not get better immediately.

I may never receive what I long for. But my attitude of faith and trust in God will help me face suffering with fortitude and live each day firm in the certainty that the end of the story is eternal victory.

“Cast your burden on the Lord, and he will sustain you; he will never permit the righteous to be moved.” (Psalm 55:22)

Give your burdens to the Lord and lean on His strong and loving arms. He will sustain you and help you move forward, standing firm in Him.

“I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace. In this world you will have trouble, but take heart! I have overcome the world.” (John 16:33)

Jesus has already won! There is no suffering, sickness, or pain that has more power than Him. Trust in God, trust in His love, and always remember that, with Him, all things have an eternally happy ending.

Find Strength and Comfort in Christ:

“For just as we share abundantly in Christ’s sufferings, so also through him we share abundantly in comfort.” (2 Corinthians 1:5)

The inspiring words of this verse remind us that, just as we share in Christ’s sufferings, we also experience relief and comfort through him. On our journey of faith, we may face difficulties, pain, and challenges, but these afflictions are not in vain. Just as Christ suffered for us, our own sufferings can find meaning and purpose in his grace.

We are not alone when we face moments of pain. Christ’s comfort flows into our hearts, eases our pain, and reminds us that he is with us every step of the way. He knows our burdens and offers us rest. His unfailing love sustains us, strengthens us, and guides us through the storms.

Find comfort in the truth that, just as Christ suffered greatly for us, his comfort is poured out upon our lives. Look beyond the tribulations of this world and fix your gaze on the Savior who offers you hope and peace.

May this promise inspire you to face every challenge with courage, trusting that in Christ you will find the strength you need and the assurance of eternal comfort.

The presence of God is our greatest comfort:

Jesus is with you in suffering: Going through difficult times is a reality that can affect any of us. Regardless of whether we are believers or non-believers, every human being experiences struggles, disappointments, and disillusionment in life. What makes the difference for the children of God is that when we go through suffering, we do not face it alone.

Every Christian has the firm hope that, in the end, everything will be alright. Jesus Christ is the rock we can cling to when everything seems to be sinking into a sea of ​​despair and storms.

He did this so that, through the promise and the oath, which are two realities that never change and in which it is impossible for God to lie, we who, seeking refuge, cling to the hope set before us, might have powerful encouragement.

“We have hope as an anchor for the soul, firm and secure. This hope enters the inner sanctuary behind the curtain, where Jesus has entered on our behalf to open a way for us. He has become a high priest forever, in the order of Melchizedek.” (Hebrews 6:18-20)

If you trust the Lord completely, continue to believe even in times of weakness, pain, and disappointment. Jesus also suffered, was betrayed, abandoned, and rejected out of love for us. He understands you, wipes away your tears, and sustains you in this difficult stage of life. Talk to Him!

When Jesus rose in glory, He conquered death and pain. Even so, He retained the marks of His suffering on His body. Having a life dedicated to Jesus does not cancel or erase all suffering. But just as Jesus’ terrible death became an invincible life, God can use even your suffering to give you an even greater victory.

If you are going through suffering or hardship, believe that God is with you. Do not despair, do not lose hope! Trust that the Lord Jesus always cares for His own. He can transform your life in the midst of this difficult situation and restore your faith and strength.

Find rest in God today:

In Matthew 11:28, Jesus lovingly and compassionately invites us to rest in Him. These words are a balm for our weary souls, a promise of relief and renewal:

“Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.” (Matthew 11:28)

In this busy world, it’s common to feel exhausted and burdened by the loads we carry. Stress, worries, and difficulties can overwhelm us, making us feel helpless and powerless to keep going. But even in the darkest hours, there is hope in Jesus.

When we approach Jesus with humility, He welcomes us with great love. No matter how tired we are, He is ready to give us the rest we need. Jesus is the only one capable of completely restoring us; He is all we need in our lives.

When we surrender our burdens to Jesus, we find relief. He carries the weight of our anxieties and afflictions with us, comforting us in the midst of life's storms. It is an invitation we cannot refuse: to leave our burdens at the foot of the cross and find rest.

He strengthens us to face every challenge. When we feel powerless, it is in Jesus that we find the energy to keep going. Whether in tribulations or daily struggles, His grace sustains us and empowers us to persevere.

Therefore, do not hesitate to seek Jesus. He is always available to receive those who seek Him with all their heart. He is the safe haven, the faithful friend who never abandons us. Be restored by Jesus! Allow Him to heal your wounds, soothe your pain, and renew your hope.

Surrender your life to Him and experience the transformation that only He can bring about. Let Jesus be the center of your life, and you will find peace that surpasses all understanding. Come to Him just as you are, because Jesus loves you unconditionally and wants to care for you.

There is no problem too big or heart too broken for Him to mend. Accept Jesus' invitation today and allow Him to give rest to your weary soul. Find in Him true happiness and the fullness of life He has reserved for you.

Don't let fear rule your life:

“For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.” (2 Timothy 1:7)

Fear becomes a problem when we allow it to take control and dictate our decisions.

When we let fear guide us, we stop moving forward, stop trusting, and even stop obeying what God calls us to live. Little by little, fear can distort our vision, causing us to focus more on problems than on God's promises.

Furthermore, fear also influences our relationship with the Lord. We begin to pray less, trust less, and question more. Instead of resting in God, we try to control everything on our own. This generates anxiety, insecurity, and a heart far from the peace that Christ offers. When fear takes center stage, faith loses ground.

A clear example of this is found in the story of the apostle Peter. Seeing Jesus walk on the water, Peter had the faith to get out of the boat. As long as he kept his eyes fixed on Christ, he walked toward the impossible. However, when he began to see the strong wind and the waves around him, fear gripped his heart, and he began to sink. The situation didn't change. What changed was Peter's focus. He took his eyes off Jesus and began to look at the waves.

This story teaches us that fear grows when we take our eyes off Christ. There will always be difficulties, but they are not greater than the power of our Savior. When we fix our eyes on Jesus, we find strength, direction, and hope to keep going.
