Hello baby boys! A while ago I thought it would be a fun idea to create a whole custom hood for the Bin families of Sims 2 and that's how Binwood was created. 🌵
The original version of Binwood is featuring apartment lots simulating an "open-world" moment which is fun but not for everybody!
Binwood: Unleashed is the original hood but with residential lots instead, plus a bunch of community lots and a new family! 🌇
Binwood is the place where, at last, the Bin families get some attention. Not only that: they're getting new memories, infant face genetics, pictures, ancestors, houses and lore!
For each and every family there are at least six dead ancestors (from both maternal and paternal sides).
NPCS and townies were fully customized as well!
Mods you don't need but you prob should get
Binwood: Unleashed is 100% CC-Free. With that being said, there are a lot of mods I think you should get before downloading a custom hood to make sure you get the full customized experience the creator wanted to give you.

I was using Sims2RPC when creating Binwood and didn't realize lot imposters were set to high quality. This was one of the reasons why a lot of players were getting pink soup and lag. This has been fixed.
I gave every Sim a cellphone just because (and it feels more realistic too). Toddlers can't get cellphones but I added ones next to their toys so when they age the player can manually add those to their inventories.
Now you can buy cellphones in the gas station lot!
I also gave the Traveller family a classic phone cuz they were missing one.
Deleted a decoration that was blocking Julien Cooke from cooking (lol).

Mods + steps you should take BEFORE downloading a custom hood! 🪐
Hello baby boys! Just wanted to share two very important videos for custom hood lovers! None of the following is mandatory though.
But when playing a custom hood like Aileen Landing or Planet Alades (guess I can also squeeze my Tinywood here) you should prob consider downloading some anti human Sims mod, as well as delete townies and Bin families even before they get generated in the hood!
The mods presented in this video were specially picked by me thinking how to help you, the player, get the full experience the hood creator wanted you to have.
But that's not all! The game will drop the Bin families (my beloved Ramaswami, Goodie, Picaso and more) in every single hood you load for the first time. These families might be cool, but they don't belong in Tinywood, for example.
In this video I teach you how to get rid of townies + Bin families, you should do that BEFORE loading the hood for the first time. It's pretty simple actually, but a crucial step to get the full custom experience.
For Binwood or even Viper Canyon this is a must: if you don't do that, the Bin families will be generated again - although they're already in the hood - duplicating them! This won't 'cause corruption or anything like that, just a bunch of unnecessary party killers clones.
