Easy Wheels (David O'Malley, 1989)

German model and actress Uschi Obermaier, a prominent figure in 1960s counterculture. A style icon of the 60s and 70s fashion scene and one of Germany's highest-paid models, she was also involved with members of the Rolling Stones and Jimi Hendrix. 

Artist Gillette Alexander Elvgren ( 1914 – 1980) was known for first taking staged photographs with female models, and then transferring their images to canvas, emphasizing the trademark flirtatious and idealized style of the era.

This is a promotional photo from 1966, taken during the preparation for the filming of the movie "The Motorcyclist." Susan Denberg was considered for the lead role (which eventually went to Marianne Faithfull). In this photo, the actress is lying on a Harley-Davidson Electra Glide.

The picture was created by renowned Australian photographer John Tsiavis for the cover of the June 2018 issue of Vera magazine. This photo shoot became widely known due to Jamila's demand to completely abandon retouching and photoshop in her pictures.

The author of this photo is the famous French photojournalist Raph Gatti, who worked for the oldest news agency France-Presse (AFP).
