on the state of the world: i, like so many of you, don’t know what to do with all the awful daily news and feel helpless. my advice to you is to take care of yourself every day and help others when possible. prioritize your mental health. don’t doom scroll constantly. speak up for your values whenever you can, and fight for what matters to you. don’t give up hope.
