Beautiful morning with fog rollin over the Rio Grande and cool air comin off the mountains.

…about an hour later, the Harvest Moon broke out of the clouds and winkt at me.

Watchin the sunset and Harvest Moon rise, but a bank of clouds over mountains was blockin out the moon except for a brite spot.

Let’s have some fun while it’s stormin outside!

Had a discrete supercell come over on the 26th at sunset. As it moved over the mountains to the east, it caught the golden light of the sunset.

The night of September 26 - 27 was the local Equinox here, the night was exactly 12 hours long. Here’s the Sunrise and sunset on the 26th. The Vikings thought of the year as having two seasons, Summer & Winter; Spring and Autumn was the transition time between the two like a tide going in and out. Just have 5 weeks left now to get ready for the start of winter. Lots to do, but the weather is perfect, lows in the 40s and highs in the 80s.

The Rio Grande has been lookin more like the Trickle Grande, time to ask for some rain to fill’d up but not too much that she floods.

Been workin from can’t-see to can’t-see tryin to get caught up on things since I got back from Texas.
