        in all honesty, it was usually against his entire code to go into such a store. because really-- a supposedly FEARLESS & intimidating monster, walking into a sweet-looking & nicely decorated bakery store ? those two usually didn’t mix ( or at least, weren’t supposed to, by his standards ). still, the gargoyle finds himself making his way inside, TOWERING over the other once he arrives at the counter. ❝ cake. ❞ is all he starts with, having absolutely no idea how to phrase his next set of words without sounding like the most awkward idiot alive, ❝ ... for a mother. what would, you know, RECOMMEND. ❞

PSYCHIC  :   LIMELIGHT & HOW THEY CHASE FAME     ↳ he wants to believe he does, yes. he wants nothing more than to bring his family name the prestige they’ve been cultivating for years– yes, he wants to stand out ! but wanting it & enjoying it are two completely different things. the moment he’s the centre of attention, he wants nothing more than to RUN AWAY, the obligations & scrutiny that come with it too much for him to bear. though he craves it, he always feels he’s being JUDGED for who he is the very moment he gets it. as for chasing it, it’s kinda explained in an earlier post, but he rashly picks the most irrational plan or errand to do ! he also sometimes signs himself up for whatever contests are being held nearby in order to show off ( contests that he usually never shows up for, since he gets cold feet WAY too often ).

FIRE   :   WHAT ARE THEIR SHORT-COMINGS / REPERCUSSIONS & THEIR CHANGES     ↳  NAIVETY & FOOLHARDY-NESS, would probably be the biggest ones. he really is trying to change. heck, he wants nothing MORE than to change. & that is probably why he always ends up finding himself in unfavourable positions. in attempts to force himself to change ( hopefully for the better ), he goes around taking dangerous missions or purposefully putting himself in precarious positions ( ie. challenging the local bully into a fight– not the best idea ). needless to say, he INSTANTLY regrets whatever decision he makes for himself, & usually tries to find a way out of said situation– but sometimes he isn’t always as lucky.

GRASS  :   THINGS THEY DO TO RELAX & WIND DOWN      ↳  one thing he adores to do, is to sit in the middle of a body of water ! he already does it at an almost daily basis in order to talk to & spend time with his mother, who’s a water nymph. but whenever he’s on his own, taking a walk and / or finds himself wanting to get away from everything & calm his nerves, one of said ways would be to find the closes lake, pond or pool to dive in. being the rock he is, he just SINKS to the middle of it, where he can stay for as long as 4-5 minutes, just taking everything in, before he has to come out. needless to say, it’s pretty effective.

ELECTRIC   :   QUIRKS & ECCENTRICITIES THEY HAVE OR INDULGE IN      ↳  whenever he starts to grow nervous, he tends to tug at his face mask ! being put on the spot simply isn’t his thing, he just has to do something– & most of the time, adjusting his mask over his face  or re-tucking the strings behind his ears for the millionth time, is exactly the outlet he needs for his fidgety hands. it’s a tell tale sign of discomfort he subconsciously does that anyone can notice, should they pay attention to it !

GROUND   :   USUAL GO-TO DEFENCE MECHANISM     ↳ hands down, it’d be PROJECTION ! he finds it much easier to cope when pushing his own thoughts of himself to others. more than once he’s found himself thinking they hate me / they’re just tolerating me, even though there isn’t anything to prove that’s true and / or said person hasn’t shown any signs of feeling that way. thinking himself a FAILURE & a COWARD, he finds it very difficult to believe that his ‘ tough guy ‘ act isn’t going to be exposed sooner or later, & thinking that everyone he’s befriended will LEAVE him the moment they find he’s not who the type of guy they think he is.

GRASS   :  THINGS THEY DO TO RELAX & WIND DOWN      ↳  i kinda stated this in a previous hc post months ( maybe even a year ? ) ago, but like a true gargoyle his go to place for relaxing is ROOFTOPS ! the very moment he feels cornered, or too restless to be able to calm down on his own, he summons his wings & flies himself to the tallest roof he can find. if there’s no roof, he’ll pick the tallest tree in a nearby mountain ! something about staring out into the vast horizon & feeling the wind across his skin soothes him like nothing else does.

ELECTRIC   :   QUIRKS & ECCENTRICITIES THEY HAVE OR INDULGE IN      ↳  whenever he grows impatient or restless, he tends to do what most do & squat on the floor, picking at the grass. rather than just picking it, however, he turns the torn tufts of grass into stone, crumbles them into dust & lets said dust fly away. albeit a bit weird, it’s a bit aesthetically pleasing for him to hear the crunching of the ashen leaves as they crumble away.

1  !  my lil sis & i are  living without my parents for the first time ( they’re in other countries, doing their jobs ! ), & i’m still getting used to being the one in charge of meals & the house & stuff whoops

GENDER  !   while i’m wiling to write any ( & i have written female muses before )-- i tend to lean more to male muses ! they’re just what comes easiest for me to write. as for who i’m writing with, the gender doesn’t really matter ! i’m always willing to write with muses that are female, male, non-binary-- you get what i mean ♡

LEAST FAVOURITE FACE(S)  !  if any, they’d be irl fc’s ? i don’t have any faces i particularly dislike-- as long as they relatively fit, i don’t mind using any character as an fc .i don’t mind if other’s use them, but personally i’m not particularly comfortable picking or using irl fc’s. it’s just, ,,  , , never clicked with me.

MULTI OR SINGLE  ! i’ve written in both so heck yeah for both ! i have like, three multimuse blogs ( four if you count this hub as one ), & two single muse blogs ( i used to have much more, but moved them all to my main multi ! ). i’ve also had a dualmuse blog back when i wrote in the fa/iry tail rpc. sure they can sometimes be tricky to handle, esp since sometimes i feel like i’m not being organised enough with them-- but basically ! ! ! they’re all valid ! ! ! i don’t mind writing with either multi or single muse blogs !

FLUFF / ANGST / SMUT  !   OOF i’m down for all, honestly ! fluff / miscellaneous is what i lean towards to most of the time-- but heck yeah i’d be down for some angst if we plotted for it ! smut depends largely on the muse & the relationship said muse has to the other party ( since their sexual drive ranges largely between each character-- be it an oc or a canon muse ), but i’m not against it ! but more than anything, i love seeing my muses be soft with others,.. . it’s just. . . so heartwarming  . . .

PLOT / MEMES  !  i’m sometimes not the best when it comes to plotting, so i really appreciate when the one i’m plotting with also has their own set of ideas-- but i find it to be really fun ! i prefer plotting when writing more tricky muses, rather than memes, but also  ? ? plotting in general is great ? ? mostly ‘cause it gives me a chance to speak with who i’m writing with & seeing how excited they are about our muses always makes me more motivated to write. MEMES though, those are also good ! sometimes when i send them, i hesitate on whether to reply to them in a separate post or not ( since idk if they wanna continue it or not ), but they’re fun ice breakers & ways to start fun interactions, so i’m always welcome to them ! !

        Snowflake. The nephil mentally savors the word before deciding that, yes, she does like it. She also appreciates the gesture because it insinuates that Odion is comfortable being around her, which is a welcome change. The only other close enough to her to bestow nicknames is her father and, well, he doesn’t count on principle. He’s stuck with her regardless of her temperament. 

More color briefly flashes across her chiseled cheekbones. Odion. Odion. Now, how could she turn a nickname out of that? Od sounds too much like “odd” and might unintentionally insult him. Oddie also seems a bit juvenile to her. 

And oh, oh he just finished talking. She needs to respond so it doesn’t seem like she’s ignoring him. “I was actually just going to purchase another violin bow for my father before heading home. We could always shop together, if you’d like. I like your taste in clothes and am curious to see where you get them. And, we could always have lunch together afterwards. I know a café on the second floor that has a breath-taking view of the plaza.

“That is,” she adds, “if you really wish to spend all afternoon with me.”

        it was a WIN, in his book, that she hadn’t reacted negatively to the nickname. rather than depress him ( like he’d been expecting ), it had only helped to raised his confidence-- mind quickly getting rid of the more NEGATIVE thoughts that’d been plaguing his mind the past few minutes. even he, as cowardly as he was, could tell he was far from being rejected, or being simply tolerated, by her ( & oof did that make him feel special ).

        his ‘ tough ‘ front was breaking, cracking the longer he talked to her, heard her words. fingers reach up to scratch at his neck, relishing this calm, content feeling of ACCEPTANCE. & then she spoke again. say it properly. you gotta act as confident as you felt-- you have to. & this time, compared to the rest, it wasn’t hard to take a deep breath, to SPEAK his thoughts,

        -- ❝ i’d be a FOOL not to. i mean-- to not want to spend the day with you, of course. i’d love to-- it... it sounds like the perfect day to me. ❞ man oh man he was actually saying it. this was actually happening.

        gaze is lifted from the book he’d been reading– putting it aside the moment he notices his bro was POSING. he doesn’t even bother hiding the chuckle that escapes him, grinning at greg’s dumb boasting. ❝ they look AMAZING ! never better ! ❞ was he being truthful ? was he not ? who knew ! all he knew right now was that greg had bought them matching stuff– matching underwear, no less ! ( now this was peak bro-ness ). 

❝Absolutely. Yeah! I know a dude that crushed up some pop rocks into slightly smaller pieces and then snorted them through a milkshake straw. Like, you know. One of those hella big straws? He ended rolling around on the floor, screaming that he really wanted to die, and landed a trip to the emergency room. Poor guy… I always wonder how he’s doing. Like, spiritually.❞
