Iโm trying to keep the calories I consume under 1200. I workout a lot so I burn a lot of calories throughout the day and it makes me really hungry. So Iโve realized if I donโt eat enough I will end up binging. If I want to workout I need to for now at least eat throughout the day or else I will binge and consume even more calories! ๐ฎโ๐จ.
