nicknames: i don't know but i like the idea that his siblings would call him the rock to bother him

age: 25 (oldest)

being the first of the wubfam to be adopted by windsor, dwayne was most often the one in charge when windsor wasn't home. naturally, he's responsible, and thankfully, his siblings respect him - but they do like to take advantage of his inability to say no to them sometimes.

dwayne tends to take on others' burdens as his own, trying to make things work for everyone around him. playing the drums helps him relieve the stress, without laying it on anyone else. he only really feels comfortable opening up about things with his closest friends, his bandmates, around whom he allows himself to be less responsible and polite, instead letting his more goofy, mischievous or even salty side show.

dwayne is actually also a huge fan of the most gut-wrenching and morbid of horror movies and games, despite his positive demeanor. his siblings liked begging him to watch, but some of them ended up regretting it.

nicknames: no set one, but poe is a perfect name for puns

age: 25 (second oldest)

poe would be just as responsible as their only older sibling... if they weren't so forgetful. they're gentle and understanding, often being the one to mediate during conflict, hearing out all sides to the end. despite their open-mindedness, they do secretly enjoy gossip, but they wouldn't tell a soul - unless said soul wouldn't tell another soul, either!

while he's a great listener, poe isn't very in touch with his own emotions, often pushing them aside or being inable to name them. he's by no means a pushover, though, calmly, but directly reasoning with people who act out of line.

poe's also a big fan of cosplay. they could really get lost in making and wearing costumes for who knows how long - they just wish they had the committment to stick with just one costume for a while instead of making a bunch of other ones for one-time use.

⚡️ overview: zuuker/zuzanna ⚡️

name: zuzanna kerry volton

nicknames: zuzie, zanna

age: 23 (6th oldest)

remember how i mentioned the oldest one present is in charge of the house? well, zuzanna's definitely not to be messed with. she takes everything very seriously, ranging from household duties to things people say to her - she's rather easily offended and irritable, but she's working on it!

zu believes it's best to take care of things as soon as possible. she doesn't procrastinate - though as a tradeoff, she jumps into things a bit too quickly. additionally, despite not being the best with feelings or affection, zu quite enjoys taking care of others (so long as they aren't being chaos gremlins, he doesn't have the energy to deal with that), and he actually has quite a soft spot for children and comedy.

zu can play a few different serious woodwinds, like the clarinet and oboe. however, he's also taken quite a liking to the kazoo - its delightfully silly sound is sure to make others laugh without having to emote or tell jokes, and it's also a way to be sure they're are laughing with and not at her.

⚡️ overview: screemu/seeley ⚡️

name: seeley cedric volton

nicknames: seele, ley

age: 21 (7th oldest)

seeley's a high-strung, kinda jumpy gifted kid burnout. the apple doesn't fall far from the tree, it seems! they were quite an obnoxious kid, having a high but fragile ego and getting upset when they weren't excelling at something - but nowadays, they've grown to be much humbler.

seele is polite when they need to be, though their unfiltered self is a bit sarcastic, often in a humorous way. despite the sarcasm, it's very and genuine, giving honest advice and looking out for its family and friends... mostly physically. seele could make a good doctor with how often they remind their siblings to eat and drink water, if only they weren't too squeamish to see injuries.

being born missing their right hearing nerve and mostly disliking strong vibrations, you might not assume seele enjoys the music they do - however, seele and tinna share a fondness for post-hardcore, and much to some of their family's dismay, they've taught themselves to scream like their idols do, too.

name: tinna penny volton

nicknames: tin, tins, "TP" (given to them by brendan (brump). tinna finds it funny)

age: 20 (8th oldest)

tinna, tinna, the family's edgelord... that's actually quite cheerful. she has a lot of energy, so much that it bothers even her sometimes, especially when trying to wind down.

tin can find at least one positive in any situation, and when someone's in need of that positivity, she's always ready to help, even if it can drag her down a bit, maybe from a failure to comfort someone or just out of empathy. additionally, tin can be too insistent on helping and tend to overshare a bit, in hopes to make others more comfortable to open up to them. they very much appreciate open communication though, so they're aware of others' boundaries.

tin was actually crankier and edgier in the past, and they can be a bit destructive in a fit of rage - but they've found music is a great outlet for their emotions. their feelings aren't hidden by any means, but when it comes to really processing them, tin translates it into sound, be that demolishing their drums, their eardrums, or just screaming it all out.

i've always pictured zuuker being a bit annoyed by screemu in a big sibling way, and screemu having a negative effect on zuuker's polarity kind of confirming this hc was so funny

zu, seele and tins all joined the family around the same time. seele and tin were actually among the few wubfam members that weren't adopted from an orphanage, but found and taken in - windsor found them while out with zu, or maybe zu even found them herself?

seele and tin are also related by blood! i'm not sure why, i don't hold this hc for monster screemu and tympa at all- but i just see it for their human version for some reason?
