all of the doctors and TARDIS (doctor who): The Doctor's whole Thing is exploring the universe and all the stars in it. They had a pact with a childhood friend, "every star in the universe, we were going to see them all". The Twelfth Doctor on the verge of death said "I'd hoped there'd be stars." They just love space so much, both seeing it themselves and showing it to other people! And The Tardis is how they do that! They have a telepathic bond with the Tardis and she's alive and exists everywhere and all the time at once.

annie of the stars (skullgirls): She doesn't LOOK very cosmic, but her powers are cosmic. To the point where, according to the wiki, she and her stuffed rabbit (Sagan) she got that power from are named after astrologists. Id definitely recommend watching a movie set. Also, double entendre, she's also a star in the movie setting. I also like her because she's immortal-they made her the anti-loli (she's forever 15, but hates everyone (sassy, since she's a hero she doesn't actually) and there's only two canon relationships in the series. Annie is also incapable of swearing, drinking or anything like that because her curse is to be "young and innocent forever." Basically, think of her as the "obligated hero/magical girl"

lord imperious delirious (transformers): His name is seriously "Lord Imperious Delirious" and if that wasn't s mouthful to say, well behind that mask is eyes the color of Skittles; a literal mouthful of Skittles. He's the cosmic nightmare of history and science nerds dreams. This guy is a living time capsule going around stealing peoples memories, energy, and such; just lovingly storing it inside himself. Terrifying guy wandering space. Yeah... he's in space stealing knowledge from diffent planets and being a space nerds wet dream dressed in the beauty of a cosmic nightmare.
