My motherboard imploded on itself the other day, so I finished up this painted skateboard while I diagnosed and got the parts I needed! I finished fixing it yesterday, so I had just enough time to finish up before I moved back to digital work. The background changed about halfway through, but I prefer this over my original sketch!
This board will be for sale soon, once I decide if I want to do a glitter epoxy topcoat or if i want to do a clear-coat finish.

Cringe on MAIN?! Aka in public because this is my only account, lol. Digital circus oc! Their human backstory is basically just mine. They as in non-binary, not because there are two heads. The starry side is more of a “mask” and the sunny side is unadulterated joy. Emotions are somewhat overwhelming for Starzy so they try to silence the boisterous and too-open sunny side often. But it always slips through..! The sunny side is also a tad too “no-filter.” Aka, more authentic.
Their wings just flop around like a plushie’s. They aren’t usable or movable, just programmed with physics.
They were modeled and rigged to walk on four legs but struggled to adapt. Now they only have a somewhat helpful npc companion that is a walking aid. It can’t talk, or think. Its only directive is to clamor over to them on its clawed feet when it is out of reach.
Caine can’t understand the humans by just watching their struggle and probably readily gave the cane only after Starzy stopped showing up for adventures because they refused to walk out of their room on four legs or stumble (painfully) all day on two lol.
Their run animation is an awkward four-legged clamor.. with zany-cane struggling to catch up as it bounces along on tiny feet.
I created them with the inspiration of being disconnected from your authentic, unmasked self. It leaks out and can feel very shameful, so the brain file created a character that represents this disconnect and how it feels: odd, contrasting, and like you have an entirely second mind and mouth. That is, until you learn to love the whole! Which they would learn within the circus. 🤓
They’re probably about as tall as zooble but not any taller than them or kinger. I’ll have to think about that more. They’re fairly wide so I don’t want them to take up a lot of space and look odd in terms of size among the cast.
That’s my explanation of Starzy. I wanted them to fit within the universe somewhat. I do have character relationships in mind but maybe I’ll make a separate post with more art that shows their dynamics with the others? I’d share a finished ref sheet, too. Not sure! I never post stuff like this. 🤔

I’ve never drawn Caine even tho he’s in my top 2 fav characters. I have a new respect for the Caine artists that I browse the artwork of daily. He’s quite hard to draw. But I still like how he came out! I’ll stylize him more in the future to my liking tho.

Reference sheet commission for totodice1! This is Nillizath, a mantid character from the World of Warcraft universe. I've never made a reference sheet as a commission that had a front and back view.
I had the pleasure of doing a lot of design work, including the staff. I am quite happy with how everything came out!!!! There are 3 alts featuring different looks across expansions, but I really wanted to show off his plating and markings, since I worked quite hard on them XD
Sparrow actually most likely got shunned from the clessidra rossa because he hit the strawberry geek bar in front of nonna
