The merch? A really nice garden decoration. Good quality, seemingly, and definitely very endearing, even if it’s not for everyone. But the thing is— why a garden ornament? It’s a little random right? But people start talking, trying to connect it. Clearly it means a garden will be relevant in the next movie. Does Peter move out of New York following the end of NWH? Somewhere with a garden to decorate? It seems to mean the next movie will come out/take place in spring or summer, because that’s when lawns and gardens thrive. Not only that, but spring/summertime has to be important to the story, why else would they make a garden decoration for official merch.

Time passed and nothing happens on that front. No news about the next movie. Or how a garden ornament plays any significant role. But fans speculate, and have attatched themselves to ideas surrounding it.

And then when we know more about the movie—dealing with the fallout of NWH, just a typical superhero movie, fans realize there’s one thing missing. Any semblance of importance regarding garden decorations.

When asked, the creative team admits that there’s no reason, they just wanted to make a garden decoration bit of merch because, well, it looks nice. Nevermind the fact that it has nothing to do with anything happening in the Spider-Man canon.

i'll be sending in acceptance forms soon. hopefully with this small pushback, the release date for mid/late october won't be affected, but i'll be sure to update people if ever things change!

Hi everyone! I am here to announce that I'll be running a Keero-themed fanzine :DDD If you're interested in participating, or just interested in following the journey of this cheeky little zine, please check out the interest check!

It has been a dream of mine to run my very own zine, and this was the perfect opportunity for me to flex my own zine-making skills x3 I've been participating in zines since 2020; doing a mixture of roles. This is my first time leading a zine... but I hope everyone is just as excited as I am!
