“You asked me for values. Too much or not enough. If you planned to go to a formal dinner, it would not be enough, but I think is too much for a casual night at home.”

“…What about attracting potential victims?” 

The Doctor approached, tilting his head speculatively. Then he reached out to pull her corset down slightly and push her boobs up. He approached this like an artist, not a perv. 

“There. It is much more difficult to resist you now.”

Ivy held still, letting him do as he pleased, her form his to mold as he saw fit. With a little adjustment of her chest for comfort, she smiled, “Thank you~ Out of curiosity, would this work on Users too?”

“Oh my yes. Especially male users. Most are complete idiots for a beautiful woman. This would be more of a bedroom look than something to wear every day, but if you only showed images of yourself on photograph or video, you could even get money or favors out of them.” 

Steve opened his eyes but didn’t see much. His body was aching and he couldn’t move; When he tried he heard the metallic rustle of the chains and realized just what had happened. 

He blinked a few times and his eyes slowly adjusted to the lighting. There wasn’t much to see from his angle, though. If anybody was in there with him, he couldn’t see nor hear them. 

   Fuck…

The soldier started trying to get a foot out of his restraints, but the result of it was him feeling the skin starting to knaw off his ankle. 

    “Well, shit..”

“Tch! Such language from the man who punched out Hitler so many times.” The voice was soft, and crisp. The English was perfect, even if heavily accented. Not quite German, but close. 

The Doctor walked into view, writing something down in a red book. He was the most unimpressive person, very small and fragile looking, with blond, thin hair and round glasses. Then he looked up at Steve with the coldest, most piercing blue eyes.
