Carnifex! A strange once human, now galactically influencal goat man. Son of a stoner from a one night stand with an eldritch god. This is the man who in his younger years probably would've been able to seduce cthulu. Now he works as head of a council that operates as a massive space goverment. His job is to sort through magic files that can be created on any living being.
