Our culture is one which revolves around capturing our innermost feelings in 140 characters or less.
The British culture is obsessed
By blogging, documenting the mundanity of our lives on the internet for all to see,
in the hope of bridging the gap which the motorways and oceans create between you and me
Twitter, Tumblr, Facebook, Bebo, Myspace, Instagram –
Social media makes and takes up a huge portion of our day to day lives.
Our coping mechanisms, our performance platforms,
our place for sarcasm and wit, our way of sharing passions,
the documentation of our will to succeed.
Our culture's internet is a brilliant thing,
full of fab little quotes to get us through the day and make us ‘better’ people, for example:
'always find one good thing about someone before finding something bad',
'Never cruel or cowardly. Never give up. Never give in'
'I don't do drugs.. I am drugs' (Dali)
There again it's also filled with this stupidity and inanity:
'You know my name not my story'
'If you don't retweet this you have no <3'
 S'all about balance, eh India?
