The waves are my fave. I like the lil Caesar cut he’s had, and the salt and pepper glory it exposes. But…his waves will always be my fave. Lmaoo, I even wrote an open letter to Scandal’s hair stylist (🤣😅😐) when they were cutting Tony’s hair too short for Fitz in S3. Well, it was back on point in S4. Sheer dreamboat perfection in S5 😍🥰🥰.
