i fucking HATE being me cuz fucking tell me why i used to struggle so bad with sh and now if i dont relapse with that every time i get mad i end up either hurting myself in some other way (scratching myself until my skin breaks or banging my head with my hands until my vision gets blurry) or i fucking lash out on whoever i'm talking to and i've been so mad recently and sad and so many emotions at once and it's driving me INSANE but ig i havent relapsed so yay there's that!
