Been thinking about him alot lately, his story keep changing but there's the current version it's a wip.

The icpo has gotten fed up with zenigata not keeping lupin in jail, so a 3rd party request the icpo give them zenigata for a experimental treatment, one that would make him a " loyal" officer and not have any feelings twords lupin, the icpo agrees and zenigata gets taken mid chase with lupin.

What they didn't tell the icpo is that zenigata wouldn't be on there side for mich longer, his eyes now replaced by cold machinery, making him see they way that the 3rd party company wants to see it.

The company also built a exspariment robot that looks like lupin, one design based on all the info that zenigata as gained over the years, a robot ment to make zenigata think lupin is working with him, to "save his friends" from a evil robot of himself [ how ironic ]
