"Ya won't get another shot at this. So make it good." (arrowsondoorsteps)
Connor shouldered the heavy crossbow. Â He knew Daryl wasnât joking that he wouldnât get another shot with his precious weapon. Â He wasnât entirely sure how it was that he was able to get the hunter to even give him this little lesson on using the damn thing let alone hand it over to him. Â Adjusting it the way that Daryl had shown him how, he guided the sight over towards the makeshift target they had set up. Â This had to be perfect. Â He couldnât fuck this up in front of this man he had been watching for what felt like an eternity. Â Taking a deep breath, he felt the hunter move closer, his body heat setting his own body on fire. Â He knew that Daryl was just checking his sight line but he was horribly tempted to falter and step back, making their bodies collide, but that wouldnât get him anywhere. Â No, he had to get this shot lined up perfectly and hit his mark. Â Surely that would at least earn him some respect if not maybe another chance with some private time with this enigma of a man and another crossbow lesson.
Resetting himself, steeling his emotions, Connor looked through the sights, lining it up. Â The bow released easily, giving him a hard kickback in his shoulder that did end up sending him back towards Daryl, their bodies colliding softly, but the arrow made close enough to its mark for him to let out a whoop of victory.
Daryl had been uncomfortable the moment he took the crossbow off his back and put it in Connorâs arms. There was a slight look of distrust as he did it, like the other might drop it, or might try to run with it, even though he knew he could trust the other man to respect the one thing he held dear to himself. But as the day progressed, it his worry went more along the lines that he was afraid Connor was going to break it as each attempt to shoot it had been just as pitiful as the next.
It was starting to get frustrating. Even though he considered Connor a friend, even if he had a storm of emotion that revolved around him, he couldnât help from snapping. Get it right, or donât flew across right in from memory, making him flinch, hiding it just in time as the moment came and went when Connor let loose another stray arrow, missing the target by what feels like a goddamn mile to Daryl. He sighed and then fixed Connor himself.Â
His touch was oddly gentle, for a man who savored his personal space and then had to break it. His front was nearly touching Connorâs side, close enough that he could imagine the heat off of him, but he ignored it as well as he could, even if his own cheeks flushed from the proximity. He blamed it on the sun.
His hands were hovering over Connorâs forearms, approving the line of sight with a grunt. He was startled as the kickback from the bow pushed Connor back against him, and he stumbled away like heâd been shocked. He shook himself, collected himself, and then said, âBetter. Still worserân than a blind kid inâa room full aâ deer, though.â He bit back a grin as he snatched his bow from Connorâs arms and then shook his head, heading out to grab his arrows. Maybe the distance would be good after that, enough to cool off.Â
Connorâs heart fell a little at Darylâs dismissive words. Â He stood watching the hunter as he walked towards their makeshift target to retrieve the arrows. Â A million ideas ran through his head, trying to get him more time with this man, this etheral being that he couldnât get enough of when suddenly an idea struck him. Â âOy,â he called out. Â âI can teach ye how to tie diffârent knots in rope! Â I know ye can use some of âem for huntinâ and trappinâ.â
Connor hoped heâd take him up on it. Â He hasnât had anyone to practice with for months and he was certain that Daryl would be the most fun partner out of anyone at the camp, if nothing else than for the challenge. Â But who wouldnât want to see Daryl tied up all pretty hanging from a tree branch by restraints on different parts of his body?
Daryl grins to himself with a shake of his head, finding his arrows here and there. Connor actually has decent aim, especially if he practiced enough, but they were still scattered, embedded into places here and there. He might of been a little hard on him, but praise doesnât come easy from Daryl.Â
He looks over his shoulder as heâs called, squints at the man who offers him a lesson on knot tying. He scoffs quietly, but its a friendly kind of sound, and he nods. Heâs been wondering why the hell Connorâs been wanting to spend more time with him, but he wasnât going to complain. âI cân learn a thing er twoâŚâ he says as he straightens. His quiver is full again and he comes back to Connor, a little uncertainty coloring his features.Â
Connor grins brightly. Â âWant ta start right now? Â I can go get me rope.â Â He bounces on his feet, hoping that Daryl gives even the slightest nod. Â His mind was already on what kind of knots he could tie and how to get the hunter all tied up in more ways than one. Â Before Daryl could even fully nod, Connor had darted off back towards camp, promises thrown over his shoulder to be right back. Â He ran as fast as he could, half afraid that by the time he got back, Daryl would have changed his mind.
Within minutes, he was tearing back through the woods, several lengths of rope in his hands. Â The different types of knots rolled through his head that he had painstakingly learned with his dear brother a willing participant. Â When he saw the clearing, Connor stopped his run, trying to saunter back to Daryl, looking much more confident than he felt. Â Daryl hadnât much moved since he had left, turning to face him as he approached. Â Connor shrugged with one shoulder, showing him the rope in his hands. Â âYe ready?â
Before Daryl could even talk and tell Connor that maybe they should both just head back and he could learn there, Connor was already bounding off and leaving Daryl behind. Instead of following after the Irishman, Daryl shrugged and found a tree to lean his weight against, settling himself with a sigh.
He fiddles with an arrow between his hands, thinks of Connor, and wonders if there is another motive to keeping him out here. It could be silly hope that Daryl has that Connor wanted to spend more time with him, that maybe he felt something more than just friendship for him.
Then again, heâs seen that picture of him and his brother on occasions when the other thinks he isnât looking over his shoulder. The resemblance is uncanny, and selfishly he hopes that Connor doesnât stick around because he reminds him of Murphy.
He jumps when Connor arrives, looks at the rope in Connorâs hands, and then to his open face. Daryl bites his lip as he draws a little nearer, fiddling a little more with the arrow in nervousness. âWhat ya want me to do?â
Connorâs mind clouds over at the question because holy shit the answers he had for that!  What does he want him to do? Connor had to swallow and think for a second⌠âI can uh⌠show ye how to tie someone up, for questioning purposes.â  His heart pounded in his chest as he motioned for Daryl to turn around giving him his back.  In two heartbeats, Daryl just nodded and turned, dropping his crossbow down to the ground gently.  The submission of the man before him does not go unnoticed.  Connor swelled with pride at having Daryl Dixon willingly submit to him like this in the woods.  If only he had a fucking camera he would take a picture of the rope creation he was going to do on Darylâs body.  Taking both arms behind his back, Connor started first with the shoulders, taking care to not chafe or really hurt.  He knew the position would be uncomfortable for someone who was not used to being restrained, but the hunter made no motion and no real struggle.  Smoothing one hand down Darylâs spine as he was halfway finished, Connor asked him, âYe ok?âÂ
Daryl cleared his throat, âY-yeahâŚâ He mumbled as his arms were pulled back and arching out his chest. He chewed on his lips nervously, the sudden lack of power making him a little jittery, and oddly enough, excited. He never so much liked being tied up, but Connorâs hands were gentle as they rushed down his bare arms, tightening rope to degrees that strained his muscles and hindered his movement. He could feel his elbows being taken in closer together behind his back and he had to hold in a whine from the sudden sting.
He never so much considered himself a masochist, but Daryl found he did enjoy a little bit of pain with his pleasure. With his rollercoaster like attraction to Connor, Daryl found himself a little short of breath, shifting on his feet as his body reacted in a whole new different way. He hoped it wasnât noticeable as his cheeks colored. âJusâ get on with it.âÂ
Connor snorted at the blush that was clearly evident on Darylâs cheeks. Tugging once on the rope creation, he threw the hunter off balance slightly but helped right him pressing his body into his side. Â âOy, sorry about that. Got a little carried away.â Â Quickly, he finished his handy work, tying the final knot, he whistled, wishing Murphy were there to see the beauty and how far he had come. Â Again he wished for a fucking camera. Â âWish ye could see this, me Daryl. Â âTis fockinâ gorgeous the way I have ye tied up. Â Ye couldnât escape if ye wanted to!â
Running his hands down the bareflesh of Darylâs arms through the rope, his own body involuntarily reacted.  It had been so long, and everything about this hunter has made him want him from the time he wandered into camp, from the curve of his ass to his oft-times surly attitude.  Now he had this hunter here at his disposal, the other members of their group knowing better than to search for either of them while they were one  hunt lest they mistaken for prey or zombie.
As his fingers traced along the bare skin once again, watching the gooseflesh raise, Connor knew they had all the time in the world.
"I don' care if t'ey watch."
Ay, brothermine! Â Ye always do like an audience when ye lose ta me! Â Tis fine though, Iâll buy the first round so when youâre so drunk ye donât remember I can always say the next round is on ye. Â Now what sort of prize are we drinkinâ for?
I musâ be fockinâ drunk if weâre talkinâ âbout tâis righâ now, Con.
Ainâ notâin better tâan yer moutâ round my dick. Pay up, Connor, we all know whoâs gonna win tâis.
Connor eyed his brother from over their glass of beer. Â He knew his drinking limit and he knew Murphâs. Â They were both well on their way to being drunk, but Connor felt that he could hold it together long enough to make Murph seem the loser. Â Anyway, he didnât want to be the one on his knees tonight. Â His brother always looked much prettier there anyways. Â
"Ay, yer right, me dear brother. Â We all know whoâs gonna win tâis and thatâs me. Â So yer gonna pay up on yer knees tonight. Â McGintyâs might have some kneepads in tâe back from scrubbing tâe floors for ye to wear." Â He quickly ordered another round, throwing back his drink before Murphy could even put his hand on his glass. Â He set it down and eyed his brother as he held the glass to his lips. Â "Pucker up. Â Ye better get some practice in."
Murphy grabbed his drink and nearly snorted into it as he heard what Connor had to say. On his knees- Murphy would show him. âSure, Con- letâs see ya try tâtalk witâ my dick in yer moutâ!â He grabbed is glass and chugged it down, had always been better at drinking liquor than his brother.Â
"Looks like tâeyâre gettinâ tâe pads. Maybe ye shoulâ take tâe position. Got a nice space here between mâlegs, mo ghra." He snickered as he patted his lap and swung around in his bar stool, pawing at Connorâs forearm. When the next beer was put infront of him, he snatched it right up, licking over his bitter lips to wait for Connor to catch up.Â
Connor just smiled at his brother, grabbing his dick through his pants. Â All this talk was making him hard. Â He knew Murph was going to be on his knees tonight no matter what. Â All that was left to decide was how he wanted to end the night but they had time. Â Downing his glass of beer, he ordered another for the both of them. Â âDatâs right, keep drinnkinâ me dear brother. Â Just remember not to throw up when I shove my cock down yer throat. Â Ye know I like it deep.â
"Yeâre all talk, Connor!" Murphy growls and just as the drink was put in front of him, heâs slamming it down, the bitter taste hitting the back of his throat. Its all fun and games for them, and the crowd around them laughs, goading them on- for what, Murphy isnât even sure. Surely they know they were joking, right?
Even still, the idea ignites heat in his belly, makes him swell in his jeans, especially as he watches the way Connor tosses his head back, his throat working to swallow each drop of alcohol. Murphy feels parched just watching and he not so discreetly eyes his brother up and down. He could see a bulge forming in his jeans, and he kind of wants to just grope at it, make Connor fully hard. It was the fucking alcohol talking, and as Connor tells him how he likes to have his dick suckedâ fuck. Connor knows how fucking much he loves to suck his dick.
But not in a room full of people, though he could be persuaded otherwise.
Another round was ordered and McGinty doesnât even look to be counting anymore. Heâs probably getting a kick out of the whole competition, thinking just like he of the bluff of a reward. Murphy could already feel his fingertips tingling, his tongue fat in his mouth. Oh, he was on his damn way to getting pissed drunk, but he takes a swig of that beer with a wide grin.Â
Connor turned the shot glass over on top of the bar. Â At least he was fairly certain that was the top of the bar and that he had sat the glass down appropriately. Â The wood grain was swirling in front of him as he sat up and looked full on at his brother. Â He could tell the other man was about six sheets to the wind, as he himself was, but he was not going to lose this battle. Â He knew that he could best his brother in just about everything and drinking was definitely one of those things. Â âHow ye feelinâ there dear brother? Â Ye ready to get on yer knees for me yet? Â Here, let me make it a litâle easier for ye,â he chided. Â His hands fumbled with his button and zipper of his pants, undoing them both and sitting back on the bar stool, spreading his legs open wider. Â âAnytime, brothermine.â
So they actually moved on towards shots. Murphy hadnât even realized when theyâre mugs were exchanged for shot glasses. He had simply picked up anything that was there and drowned it quick. His throat had become numb and itâs like his tastebuds werenât working anymore, the alcohol going down like water. The last one has him pursing his lips, his eyes shutting tightly as he drops the glass onto the table with a loud clunk. âFuuuck.âÂ
When he opens his eyes, Connorâs words are rolling around in his head and heâs opening his goddamn fucking pants in a full bar room. Murphy swallows thickly, his mouth watering, and cheeks flushing with both embarrassment and arousal. A little part of him is aware that there is an audience, but most of himself was in the moment, with his brother waiting for him to dutifully get down on his knees.
âI-IâŚâ Murphy starts and has to stop and think, try and think clearly. He was so obviously drunk Murphy wonders if Connor cheated. If he wasnât hard before, he was hard now, all qualms thrown out the window and he grinds the bottom of his palm down over his crotch. He wants to suck his cock. But he shakes his head and looks away.Â
He thinks he hears goading. Someone actually calls him a pussy for backing down, and Murphy sends over glare at whoever it might be. He hates it when people challenge him like that, tell him that he canât do it. Something flares inside of himself, hot and sharp, and he wants to show them all that Murphy was no pissy scaredy cat who backs out on  a deal. âYe are all fuckinâ perverts!â He scoffs as he gets onto his knees. He hears gasps and apparently people didnât actually believe he would, and something about that makes Murphy so fuckinâ satisfied as he pushes Connorâs pants open and takes out his thick cock. They want a show, heâll give them a damn show.
mconnormfnmacmanus:
Connor gasps in surprise as Murphyâs fingers pull out his cock. Â The crowd, loud before this, cheering for both of them, goading them, had fallen quiet to his ears. Â Everything slowed down as he opened his legs wider. Â Murphyâs hand delicately wrapped around his cock, ocean blue eyes clouded with too much alcohol looking up at him from behind those dark bangs. Â Connor couldnât help but brush those bangs away from his face, watching as his brotherâs lips inched closer to his head.
Muphyâs warm breath puffed out over is brotherâs erection. It was right there in front of him, his for the taking, and yet he runs his fingers over it slowly, licks his lips as he counts the seconds tick by. He actually grins as he watched the pink head bead at the tip with pre-cum. God, he swears he could hear McGinty, bless him, telling them to knock it off and do this somewhere private, but the ones who stayed, the ones who wanted to watch Murphy blow his twin at the front of the bar, stayed and encouraged them both. They were so going to hell for this.
He licked the tip before the clear bead could roll down the length of the long cock. Smirking, he could feel it twitch in his palm, eager to enter the warmth of his mouth. He looked up at Connor, not as drunk as him, but close, and wrapped his lips around the tip with a grown. HIs own eyes half lidded, suckling on it like how heâd always do if they were in bed, stroking what he didnât take into the base. He could feel himself throb and grow needy between his legs, thighs shifting to bring some friction to his own cock.Â
Goddamn he was so drunk. What they did in their private wrong was wrong, downright sinful, and here they were, Murphy was, with Connorâs dick in his mouth. It was things like this that made Murphy wonder if he, himself, was possessed by the devil, that heâd enjoy his brotherâs seed so much heâd suck his cock on a simple bet in a public bar. At this point heâd probably let Connor fuck him, and with a whimper he was taking it further down into his throat. He wanted Connor to do it. He wanted him to own him in front of everyone, and heâd let him too.
Connor spread his legs wider, his drunk-numb hands falling into his twinâs growing hair as he felt that devilish tongue lap at the head of his cock. Â Fuck, Murphy was actually sitting, rather kneeling, here, his cock in his mouth. Connor couldnât take his eyes off his brother. Â He looked fucking sexy down there on his knees on the dirty floor of their favorite bar, their friends all around them, watching, egging them on. Â Not only was he getting his cocked sucked by his favorite lover, but he also bested his brother with witnesses. Â That was something he knew heâd never let Murphy live down.
Though Connor was also fairly certain that their barmates would remind Murphy about the time he was so drunk he got down on his knees and sucked off his brother. Â Connor was too drunk to tell them that they didnât normally have an audience while they fucked and that they werenât typically this hammered so the show might be a little awkward.

Here, let me make it a litâle easier for ye,â he chided.  His hands fumbled with his button and zipper of his pants, undoing them both and sitting back on the bar stool, spreading his legs open wider.  âAnytime, brothermine.â

The Connor MacManus alphabet Murphyâs (x)

"How much do you care about the safety of your desk?"
Grady hadnât actually thought anything of meeting Murphyâs brother, let alone the fact that the man might tease him just as mercilessly. He didnât question how the man had come by their apartment, instead just hiding away to give his friend space to be with his brother, he understood how important it was and how happy Murphy had to be.
So when the voice pipes up from behind him, loud enough from the door way to actually make him jump, Grady couldnât help feeling confused. He had actually been working on the paperwork that the therapist at the VA had been trying to push on him since theyâd started the program, papers that he had pushed off and ignored for months now. He started on it for a lack of anything better to do that wasnât sleeping, most of it heâd answered with half-assed or sarcastic responses. âWhaâ?â
Turning from the papers he had been bent over, he faces Conner. âWhatâre ya goinâ on âbout?â He doesnât know if he had even heard the man correctly but he was Murphyâs brother so he was more than positive that he actually had. It was still safer to ask.
Connor honestly wasnât sure why he was here either. Â All he knew was that this man had started a relationship with his brother and he hadnât even been introduced. Â The whole situation was awkward, but he came in here with a purpose. Â Connor hadnât been aware that the man would be at the apartment when he came over, let alone hiding away the entire time. Â âSeems like ye avoidinâ meetinâ me, all crouched here in the safety of yer little office space. Would like ta know the man whoâs been fockinâ me brother.â Â Connor lit a cigarette, blowing a puff of smoke out as the cherry burned bright red.
"I need ta know what kind of person me brother done found himself with that ainât his better lookinâ, older twin."
"Ainât avoidinâ nothinâ." Grady growls, settling his elbows on his knees much like he had when heâd first met Murphy. It was an attempt to look like he was unbothered. He couldnât help feeling like that it didnât accomplish a lot more than make him feel more comfortable. People were still hard for him and he hated it, growing up he had always been a people person but the war had taken that from him, leaving him unsure how to step or hold himself. "If my famâly came by, Iâd want some quiet witâ âem." He shrugs, meeting the manâs eyes.
The relationship between the brothers was different and Grady knows he should feel disgust or uncomfortable but instead he didnât feel much of anything about it. It wasnât his place. Heâd found himself tiptoeing around Murphy more now though, unsure what he was allowed now that Conner was here. âShoulâ be pointed out thaâ yer brotherâs thâ one who started it, so donâ go gettinâ yer panties in a twistâŚ.whatâs âat gotta do witâ my desk?â
"Ay. Â Murph and I are the opposite of quiet, but I understand yer reasoning. Â Doesnât have a damn thinâ ta do witâ yer desk, âcept it beinâ yer safety blanket and all. Â Thought ye were supposed to be a hardened US GI Joe. Â Thought maybe a lilâ ole Irish mick done scared ye inta a hole." Â Connor smirked. Â He was trying to get under Gradyâs skin. Â This calm demeanor that the other man had was unnerving. Â He wondered how in the hell he dealt with the time bomb that was Murphy MacManus.
Connor loved his brother dearly, far more than one brother should love another, but even he knew his brother has emotional fits, mostly of anger, but his unexplained bouts of extreme happiness were also almost unmanageable. If this man could handle his bipolar brother, then what the fuck was wrong with him?  âYe seem rather protective of yer desk though⌠ Whatâs special âbout it? Ye use it the first time ye fucked me brother?â  Connor was waiting for the snap, waiting for the moment to tell his brother that hell no this man was not worthy of him.  But if he could match Connor at his little game of Irish sass, then maybe this hulk of a man would be all right.
"Ainât scared me no where." He doesnât repeat himself about leaving them be, knowing it was likely to be used to tease him or his words turned. He was still tentative of the other man and unsure where he can step without pushing Murphy. "No shit yer anythinâ but quiet, always know where thâ two a you are." Connerâs sharp eyes belay just how much of the teasing was meant as a joke and it sets Grady on edge, reminding him of the initial meeting with Murphy and their snapping at each other. Gradyâs fingers twitch and he reaches behind him for where heâd kept his bottle of Georgia clear before remembering that it had all been dumped a few weeks ago when Murphyâd grown tired of his climbing into his bed drunk to sleep. Instead prompting him to do it sober when the nightmares had been too much.
Grady cocks a brow at the comment about Murphy and for a moment seriously debates telling him that, no, heâd actually first fucked his brother over the arm of the damn chair in the living room. Instead he bites down a smirk though he still rises to the bait. âNot even close but I seem ta remember a few times heâs sucked my cock at it.â As well as a few times that heâd returned the favor, unbothered with fitting his bigger frame under the desk to perform the task, but he doesnât tell the man that.
"Ay, he always was a good cocksucker." Â Connor snorts at Gradyâs comeback, surprised that he had the brass to actually answer the question. Â He noticed Grady reach behind himself, fingers searching out something that was obviously a bottle on his desk that has since been moved or lost based upon the grimace at his fingers hitting empty air. Â Connor pulled his flask out of a pocket, offering it up. Â ââTis Jameson if thatâll do." Â It was a peace offering if he ever made one. Â "Donât tell Murph I have it on me. Â Heâll drink da whole bottle."Â
The silence spread between them after Connor passed off his flask. Â Now that he had no more jabs, he was at a loss for words. Â The only thing he really had in common with this man was his Murphy, though he could certainly see why his brother would go for this man based on looks. Â His broad chest and soulful eyes were disarming. Â Shaking his head to clear it, Connor held on to trying to hate this man that fell in with his soul mate. "Murph's in da shower. Â Told me I should come in 'ere and play nice."
