Another infamous meal of mine in which I eat almost every single day is a yogurt bowl. Yet again, this might seem like a rather simple "meal", but it never fails to get the job done. I myself am personally not really a fruit lover and am still able to enjoy a good yogurt bowl as there are so many ways to customize it.. and there are so many health benefits!! You can easily add several different types of seeds such as chia seeds, pumpkin seeds, flax seeds, hemp hearts, and so on without even being able to taste them! In my opinion, this is always the perfect way to start my morning. Additionally, you can make it sweet if you have more of a sweet tooth like me by adding things such as chocolate chips, honey, or cinnamon. All of these simple but flavorful ingredients can make or brake your entire meal. After all, breakfast is supposed to be the most important meal of the day so you better start it off right!
