I did this for a Polycount monthly environment art challenge, and it is all based on a piece of concept art by Gray Shuko.

All of the meshes were made using 3ds max, and all these screenshots are running in Unity 3d. I had only been using 3ds max for a few days before starting this project, so I tried to keep things relatively simple, using a few tile-able textures for almost everything, no normal maps, etc.

if you click on the window, you should be able to look around with your mouse and move using the WASD or arrow keys (there are no colliders and you can't move up or down, though). Also, I made the water and duck move by using Unity's interactive cloth (not the best way to do this sort of thing, mostly it was just for fun) and it seems to glitch out sometimes, so if it looks weird, that is probably why.
