My old manager emailed me asking for me to come back and CCd all my coworkers and it’s turning into a soap opera

so today i was at work looking all kinds of pale and sick because, well, i’ve been sick for two weeks now, and i’m not wearing any makeup because that just doesn’t mix with a runny nose and watery eyes and this car pulls up with three guys in it and they look at me. giggle. give me the eyes. can barely ask me their question before they send the check inside. while i’m cashing the check i can see them watching me through the glass. and when i send the money out i’m like “thanks guys have a good night” and the dude in the passenger seat actually mimics a phone with his hand and mouths “call me”. then they sit there. and i try not to laugh because at this point its just hilarious to me (like, i’m sick, i feel like crap and i look like death, i just don’t understand this whole thing) and then i go back to the mic like i’m gonna say something and the dudes just like “go man! leave” and the driver just looks and me and smiles this shit ass grin as he drives away.

GUESS WHO JUST GOT A NEW JOB I WAS SO WORRIED I WOULDNT GET IT OVER MY FRIEND BUT WE BOTH GOT OFFERED IM SO EXCITED.

I will seriously be SO fucking glad when this training is over. Spending all day on a conference call looking at a computer screen is not what I’m made for.
