considering the bloke quite literally started off my career, i’ll have to be on his defense squad team. you’d be correct. is it just an american thing that they stay open 24/7? i’ve become far too spoiled. 

Well considering other personal things, I think he sucks. I don’t know, honestly. I’ve never not needed a Mcdonalds in the middle of the night where it wasn’t open 24 hours.

louis had spotted lana pretty soon after they’d gotten there, obviously he knew they’d see each other, since it was her party too, but that didn’t mean that he’d actually done any prep as to what he’d say. everything had ended so abruptly between them - their few month long relationship cut short unexpectedly just before he went on tour, despite giving her the impression that they’d keep on making it work, and he wasn’t sure if the three months since they’d seen each other had really been long enough that louis could just act chill.

but the beer helped, and the time spent interacting with friends before he slowly but surely made his way round to lana just as everyone was getting ready for another game. “hey,” he offered out, kind of reluctantly but he tried to play it off as chill. “happy belated birthday, did you have a good one?” a nice, simple, on-topc question. where could he go wrong? @condorslana

The idea of having a joint birthday party with Mat was genius, in theory. They hung out all the time, they both loved laser tag, easy peasy. In practice, though, she hadn’t realized that Mat would invite her ex boyfriend as one of his guests. The last thing she wanted to do was have to make nice with a man who up and left her with no warning, without any effort to try to keep it long distance between them. She knew that it was risky getting into a relationship so soon after ending her previous relationship before Louis, but she was willing to risk it because she thought they could make it work. And yet...

i might have brought up to my agent what you and i were talking about – you know, me starring in a musical so i can reach my dad’s level of hot. which, by the way, was something i never thought i’d say out loud, so i hope you’re happy. either way – when my agent stopped laughing after ten minutes, he pretty much told me he couldn’t see me in a musical – and now i’m a little bit offended. i think that means you need to write to my agent, and tell him you could see me in a musical, yeah? | @condorslana​

Oh my God, your agent is totally wrong. Here’s how I see this going: we’ll start you off with regular straight theatre. Plays and such. You’ll get singing lessons on the side. When people start realizing how good of a stage actor you are that if you try out for some low key musical, people aren’t going to blink twice. They’ll be so impressed with you.

robert has a way of making movies that really scare the fuck out of you – so i get it, and the witch scared the shit out of me too, you’re not alone. oh, i agree that things have gotten worse with social media, which is why i refuse to do twitter or instagram – because i know that means they’ll be in my private life even more, right? though i do have a lot of respect for people that can be active on social media – and don’t let the invasion of their privacy bother them! you’re right, the studio’s should be put to blame because they’re the ones that’s always pressuring us to put ourselves out there more! thank you, you’ve made me feel better saying you’re not denying i’m attractive at least  – so i’ll let it slide that you said my dad is hotter because of mamma mia. but wait, if i do a musical than i’ll be hotter in others eyes? nothing wrong with using your tiktok to talk about snacks, especially since i’m a snack enthusiast! 

It was absolutely horrifying. I went with some friends and we were driving back at night and we saw a rabbit run across the road. Absolute terror. I think it also depends on how you use it? Some people just use it for promotion or posting photography and stuff like that. Nothing to do with their own personal lives. I try to share as much as I’m comfortable with, which is mostly just my dogs and the projects that I’m working on plus all the food that I eat. I completely agree, it does get a bit tedious when you are forced to post something because the studios tell you to. Well I would never deny truths like that, don’t be silly. I think so. yeah, yeah, yeah. i said i’m trying to figure out how to get my hands on it. so far, it’s been very unsuccessful. we’ll be hitting the states in a few days so… maybe then i can go tantalize in a target or.. barnes and novel or something. yknow, tweeting it might not be such a bad idea. but feel like that’s taking some advantage, innit? oh well, probably worth it.

that’s not a bad idea because i’ve been thinking my kitchen in london could use some sprucing. i want to make it a bit more modern, but also want to brighten it up with some loud colours as well, yeah? i’m also always in need of a lovely assistant, which means once my new kitchen is done you’re the first person i call. especially if you make killer pizzas, because i’m always weak for a good pizza.

Ooh, loud colors would be perfect. It would definitely make a great set. Yes! I’m really quite proud of them, I’m known for being a bit experimental with them as well so it’s a good variety.

True, true. The dogs are divas and yet, they deserve every bit of it. I’m sorry to hear you and Anthony split, babe, that’s devastating. I feel like I’ve finally moved on from Cole so I’m in a good place but it took me a long while to get here. I do, occasionally. Once in a blue moon.

They absolutely do, no questions asked. I’m okay now, or at least I’m more okay than I was. It’s hard ending something like that, but I’m healing in the best way I can. Hmm, I don’t know. Sounds fishy.

A puppy party! I love that idea. I would say that Mat and I would have a puppy party for our birthday celebration but we already decided on laser tag.

I even bought a dog shaped cookie cutter. It’s great. Now we have to, it’s only fair.

Currently filming in the Yorkshire countryside for the 1970s horror movie Starve Acre that I’m working on. And I’ve forgotten just how much I enjoy being on the countryside as it’s so peaceful here. Of course I’d miss the hustle and bustle of London and could never see myself living there full time but it’s always a nice bit of a getaway when ever I’m here. Does anyone else feel that way? Or I guess I should ask if anyone else has a place they love to get away to but could never see themselves living? ( @hollyweirdstarters​ )

Ooh, sounds spooky. I’ve never been to the British countryside, but I always imagine I’d like it. I love huge open spaces and I love all those animals. Is it true that you can see foxes like...in people’s backyards?

okay, so what if i watched all the episodes of ‘heartstopper’ in one day. and so what if it’s been a few days now and still all i’m thinking about is this damn show and crying about it. and maybe, just maybe, i’m slightly salty about not being asked to have a song in a scene. and yes, i’m currently in wraps on trying to figure out how to get my hands on all four graphic novels. anyway, if anyone needed any show recommendations. that’s mine. if some leaked footage comes out of me cryin’ before going on stage, mind your business. it’s totally definitely not over some teenage sitcom show.

Aren’t you supposed to be on tour right now? How are you going to get four graphic novels delivered like that? I don’t suppose you have a PO Box in Europe? Or wherever it is that you are now? Maybe if you tweet about it fans will bring it to you.

i know that everyone is on pins and needles waiting for my next episode of cooking with flo, and i promise you that it’s going to be coming soon. i’m currently in los angeles filming oppenheimer with the amazing cillian murphy. but since i recently moved back to london permanently, i no longer have my place in los angeles, which means i’m living out of a hotel. said hotel room isn’t equipped with a kitchen, so no cooking with flo until i’m back home in london. please try not to be so disappointed because the moment i’m back in london, i’ll cook something amazing for everyone to watch. i’m kind of hoping the more episodes i put out, the sooner the food network will get on board of giving me my own show. if you have no idea what i’m speaking of, i apologise, and that just means you need to look up florence pugh’s cooking with flo so you can catch up!

Oh man, you know what would be great? If you completely redid your kitchen in London. That way you have a fabulous new set for your new season. And if you ever need a lovely assistant, I’m very proud of the pizzas that I make.
