Mario Badescu Special Cucumber Lotion works great and it’s not too expensive at $15 for 8oz. 

I’ve used half a bottle of the French Bioderma Micelle solution in place of face wash and so far it’s been fantastic.  It seems a little weird at first to not ‘wash’ your face with soap, but it has helped cut down on dryness SO much.  The real test will be when winter comes. 

Wondering if I can somehow mix it in with my current toner or maybe use it in the morning...
