I’ve used half a bottle of the French Bioderma Micelle solution in place of face wash and so far it’s been fantastic. It seems a little weird at first to not ‘wash’ your face with soap, but it has helped cut down on dryness SO much. The real test will be when winter comes.

I was so excited to try Benton Aloe BHA Skin Toner because it has so many good things in it like aloe, salicylic acid, and snail mucin.

About a week into trying this, I had some small pimples, which is normal whenever I switch to a new skin product, but after that went away my skin started smoothing out and looking much nicer.

But then the monthly gift that keeps on giving came around and I got smacked with a huge hormonal pimple, so I guess this toner wasn’t strong enough to keep the hormonal acne at bay. So sad.

Wondering if I can somehow mix it in with my current toner or maybe use it in the morning...
