when I was going through my horrors last year and deleted tumblr and then started making posts in my notes app instead bc i missed challengers so bad

I don't even know how to explain my vanishing this time except to say that I found out I passed my masters and would be graduating with a distinction (highest level to get) and so this of course sent me into an insane two month long depressive episode bc I always have normal emotional responses to events ❤️

my brain being like 'okay so you achieved this thing you worked really hard for and was really difficult and you even achieved this with flying colours... Hmmmm... I think we should get suicidal about it

I still don't know what that was all about but I can feel myself being freed from it's claws <3

#the way I hid the fact that I was graduating from everyone in my life for no reason.#seeing the email that I got my degree and my heart immediately dropped as if I had just received the worst news of my life #ANYWAY. now I just have to find a job 🫩#and people did you know that being disabled and looking for work is really difficult and awful. I might be the first person to notice this

looking back at the fic stuff I wrote while procrastinating my essay, and the dubious consent themes are even more apparent in this chapter than the last two. oops . It's just that when you have a character as repressed as art donaldson it kind of comes with the territory. Sorry. Art is not enthusiastically saying that he wants it. In fact a lot of the time he's probably going to be saying "I don't want this" whilst actively doing something that he wants to do. And tashi understands art so she's like "this is fine". meanwhile Patrick is trying not to start crying and throwing up because he's so stressed out. um Anyway ❤️ it's complicated.

#like art could want something really badly. and he's still not going to say yes #Which patrick finds both extremely stressful and emotionally difficult. yayy #there are also dubcon themes in patrick's mind again but that's a whole other thing I won't get into rn #tashi is so strong ❤️ but also she is not doing anything to help at all and is kind of judging patrick for freaking out #she's so awesome wow <3 I love my tashi

took some days off from writing bc I underestimated how exhausted I was. And life is really hard. but we're back for real this time. I want to get this chapter done soon. I'm having fun though! let's put these characters in some situations. 😁 smiles sweetly
