meltdowns are so physically and mentally exhausting

i should have known the self hatred and disgust has just been building over the last few days. can't believe i let my guard down

i wanna cut but i don't even deserve the relief it offers,

i wish you hated me half as much as i hate myself

today i will starve myself on account of the poor behavior. it's easier to punish myself for my wrongdoings than it is to actually change who i am as a person
