Ingredients
12 medjool dates, pitted
3 medium carrots, grated
½ cup rolled oats
½ teaspoon turmeric
½ teaspoon ginger
½ teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Coconut shreds to coat
Directions :
In a food processor blend all of the ingredients until it forms a dough. Scoop the mixture with a tablespoon and form into a ball in your hand. Dip the bliss balls into shredded coconut and refrigerate for at least an hour so they can firm up.
