Nice weekend hanging around with my girls.Â
Playing around with the DSLR for the first time in a long time. I decided to take a few detail shots of my Surly Krampus, just for fun. I’ve been riding this bike for almost two years now (and for being a total shot in the dark when I ordered it), its been an awesome do it all bike. It’s taken me a lot of places, from the Smokey Mountains in North Carolina, my (now) second home of Bowling Green KY, and my new home of the Eastern Rockies in Colorado, I am the only one to blame for slowing this bike down!
As I am looking forward to many new adventures on this rig, I always enjoy reflecting on memories and experiences that I had on this bike. One of the things I miss about riding in KY, are the people I rode with. Bikes are a great tool, but a community of riders has a beautiful energy to it. Funny how just some metal (STEEL IS REAL) and rubber can really brings people together for a good time!
