#kirby #kirby of the stars #hoshi no kaabii #liveblog #come warp star #ep003 #I think I remember reading a while ago that the fandom is/was split on whether our stabby friend here was kirby or mk?#but I personally always interpreted it as mk #yeah the sword is an obvious reason but Kirby can also wield a sword. but there’s more to it than that? lemme explain #see kabu here states that this was the first resistance nightmare faced. yet Kirby is still clearly a child as we see throughout the series #but meta knight is older. old enough to have fought alongside the galaxy soldier armyand other star warriors as we learn later in the series #immediately after this scene kabu says he doesn’t know if the one who rose up against nightmare was kirby #and he then states that he heard it from meta knight ‘a long time ago’#how long ago is never stated but it’s possible it could have even been before Kirby was alive cuz like. kabu is a rock my dude #rocks don’t exactly have a lifespan like a normal person. a long time for us could easily feel like a few days to him #there’s some group on DA that gives a bunch more reasons for it but basically?
