I got the moves like CC

You think it does? I always think his stomach is just very, very thin... Skinny little bastard he is.

I don't remember either, I can only remember 'Fire Fire' and 'I Am Electric'.

Rebel Yell, live in Amsterdam.

The day started really good, with me and my friend Tam arriving early at the venue. There were already people queued up and the band had arrived already too. 

The queue had a nice atmosphere, and me and Tam made a new friend. Later on we were joined by an other friend from Germany. And very later on, by an other friend.

Somewhere CC came out, and threw one of his drumsticks to the fans. And not much later, one of the crewmembers gave us a big box full of food, that were leftovers from the night before.

The half-eaten donut I had, was delicious. 

When me and the friend we made in queue, went to the McDonalds and got back, it was pretty crowded at the tourbus. We went closer and saw that CC was outside.

So we joined them and then I met CC. As posted earlier, he told me he knows about the blog and has seen it. With the biggest smile on his face, while telling me. He then shook my hand and said "Pleasure to meet you!". 

For the rest of the fans, he took his time and made sure everyone had either a picture, a hug or something signed (or all three). Then he had to get back inside. 

And we waited for the doors to open... 

As it got closer to the doors opening, I started to feel ill-ish. My stomach acted up and I got very nauseous. I just hoped it'd get better during the show, and when doors opened and had my ticket scanned I ran to the stageroom and got barrier!

During The Strawberry Blondes, I kept feeling worse and worse. And after their set, which I was really glad about that it had ended, Tam asked a photographer for a bottle of water, cause I wanted to take some medicine to help me feel better.

So I did, and the photographer kept a close eye on me, which was just amazing.

Then Heaven's Basement began. It was my first time ever seeing them, but for Tam it was her third. And even if the medicine didn't work, I kinda did enjoy them. A lot. 

During their set, the photographer told the security to keep a close eye on me as well and so they did. But after Heaven's Basement, I decided I had to get away from barrier. I knew that when BVB would start, so would the pushing and crushing. And I really didn't want to faint.

So we left the stage room. Got ourselves some merchandise.

And got to meet Heaven's Basement. They are so kind and sweet and just adorable in general. 

I didn't want to get pictures with them, but their drummer, Chris, pulled me in for a picture with Tam (she did wanted pictures with the band, finally. Haha <3). 

We sat down for a bit, and then BVB started. We went back to the stageroom, and watched the show from pretty crappy spots, but hey. We could see and hear them.

CC's drum solo was amazing, and I got it on film (will upload that and Rebel Yell on youtube this week!).

Me and Tam left during "All Your Hate" cause I just kept getting even worse than before.

I was sad to leave, but happy at the same time. I knew it wouldn't be good to stay and now I could sit in the tram back to Amsterdam central station and sit in the train.

Overall, this third time seeing BVB was really fun, besides me getting ill. They're still a great liveband and getting to finally hear Heaven's Basement live was pretty cool too. 

He got very excited and said he knows about it, and has seen the name.

Apparently, it's the 2nd birthday of this blog.

I'm aware I haven't been very active on this blog for a while, but that'll change :)
