“I bet she can come with us tomorrow too.”

“We should recruit my mom to help.”

“Really? I want to get her tomorrow.”

“Then we need to go shopping.”

“So when can we go get the baby?”

“After tomorrow, whenever we’re ready.”

“I love you so much, Cole. You didn’t have to do this for me.”

“I love you too. I know I didn’t, but I still want to.”

“I’m trusting you, I hope you know that.”

“I’m not going to let you down, Chris. I want to give you the life you wanted. You’re not missing out on anything.”

“If you’re sure this will all be okay.”

“And we’re going to fix that. Or at least enjoy life while we can.”

“We? Cole. That’s… how did you know I wanted a kid?”

“Well we can’t kidnap Coraline like we want. This is the other option.”

“…A baby? Cole… you’re getting a baby?”

“No. We are.”

“What is it? Show me the picture.”

“Alright, here.”

“What could be better than that?”

“Well right now all I have is a picture, but when we get her, she will be better than a cat.”

“Did you get me another cat?”
