I nearly forgot why i used to meditate we stripped meditation from its ethics and therapy from its demands now everything is just a tool for feeling better but the point was never to feel better it was to be better the whole point is being someone worth being around and you can’t do that while babysitting your heart and brain when we force every story into victim or perpetrator we lose what actually happened the truth lives in the gray and nobody who really understands anything is ever fully innocent or fully cruel it doesn’t matter if its up or down all that matters is that we stop fluctuating but life and understanding others is in that flow and fluctuation
