Its the Little things

Over the last couple of months I’ve been lucky enough to travel non-stop. Here’s a series of images and experiences from one of my favorite trips.

I adventured around the state of Florida along with Jack Harding, one of my best mates.

It was a week long trip, adventuring around different areas of the state like Ocala, Martin County and Fort Lauderdale. The perfect juxtaposition of Florida’s tropical magic and it’s perfect and pristine coastal vibes

We kicked off the adventure in the Ocala area, exploring around Rainbow Springs State Park finishing up the day with a canyon adventure and a horse ride through the forest.

Next we headed over to Martin County form some fun in the sun on Florida’s gorgeous coastline,  We spent a little time with a local company @theohanabus, who shuttle us to the beach and provided us with surfboards and paddle boards to watch the sun go down with.

We finished up the Marin County leg of our trip with a breathtaking sunset cruise aboard a beautiful sail ship. Truly moments that I wont soon forget Activities in Martin County provided by: @theohanabus, @schoonerlily and @ridingthewavestc.

After our wonderful time in Martin County, we headed down to our final leg of the Journey in Fort Lauterdale. Here, we got a little wild on the water, with the SeaBob, Seabreacher and FlyBoard available thanks to our fantastic hosts @aqua_flight. We also visited the Everglades National Park. It’s the largest tropical wilderness in the United States. Famous for its alligators and abundance of wildlife. Activities: @aqua_flight and @evergladesholidaypark.

Shortly after arriving in Lagos, my guide showed me a story that was being passed around Nigerian social media.  There was a woman who’d been stopped in traffic behind a crowded prison truck, and she witnessed a food vendor running alongside, shoving his food between the bars of the window, into the hands of the prisoners inside. By the time he was finished, he’d given away all his food.  The man was himself in desperate circumstances.  He was sleeping outdoors.  But despite having hardly anything to give, he gave away all his merchandise.  Amazingly, my guide Kola was able to locate the man.  His name is Ibere Ugochukwu.  And this is his story:
