This automatic litter box is killing cats by trapping them under their lids, causing them to suffocate or have their spines crushed.
Several people have spoken up about how their cats have been killed because of this. These poor kitties experience excruciating pain and terror in their final moments.
These death-machines are being sold under numerous brand names and are even sold mimicking reputable models to trick cat owners. This makes finding a single group/person to pinpoint this on harder.
Videos/reviews of these machines that are warning of this are being taken down as well.
Please keep in mind; lids for litter boxes have no reason to be this strong.

When we first started this project, fly had to cajole me into getting into the story a little bit, as I was a little intimidated by the premise. They burst into my room at around 2-3am holding Hailey Senpai's voice dub right to my still-waking face, and made a bet with me saying "I bet you could rewrite this." I was hesitant. But after seeing so many awesome rewrites, I say down and decided "Ah what the heck. Lets have fun with it."
And WE rewrote it :]
We spent nights upon nights throwing ideas at each other, sitting in our bedrooms at 9pm for the last few weeks of June, hammering down what we wanted and using our giant whiteboard to write out a timeline.
By the time we had come up with a pretty good premise, fly said that it was too fun not to do an ask blog, just like the good ol' days, but they were scared to do it. This was another point of my hesitancy, as my previous ask blogs were kind of stressful. I told them to do whatever they wanted, but they never did it.
Finally, i got the stick out of my ass, and I made it for them. I made the hyperlink, I made the hashtag system, I set up the profile and i spent an HOUR figuring out the stupid "Read from the beginning" link (that was later) I made a pfp and fly made a banner.
And it was done!
It never would have happened if fly and i didn't just say "Screw it." And forced each other to start the project.
Now we are here, we have a wonderful community, we have so many ideas, and best of all (my personal favorite)
We have so many new stories being told!!!
It feels like i'm a kid again. I'm always excited to talk about ideas with fly, discuss with friends, answer silly questions, see all the comic dubs, the art, the fan fictions the poetry the songs.
That people are loving creating art again.
I hope to see so much more. So many more stories, so many more characters, so many ideas, so many new friends.
For a good laugh during pride month I absolutely need to share this anecdote from 2019 :
far-right Italian senator Pillon posted some pride pictures on his Facebook to whine about it, and amongst them there was a Golden Wind poster featuring Giorno and the gang with the phrase "Sono più gay del figlio di DIO" (I'm gayer than Dio's son -making a pun as Dio means God in Italian) written on it.
It made national news, with boomers and right wing politicians insulting "the leftist author" for naming a queer character after God, some believing Dio as a character was supposed to represent God in the narrative, and Giorno Jesus, saying things like "he wouldn't dare mock Allah by making him gay !!"
To add more lore : June of that year Golden Wind was absolutely bashed by Italian boomers lol. There was another case in which the news outlet fanpage.it made an article criticizing Golden Wind for stereotyping Naples, but it was clear the author didn't watch the episode at all, and based his opinions on either a trailer or someone else's account: He said the protagonist of the part itself was named Golden Wind, and that he was a tourist coming from outside. It was a huge hit with boomers on Facebook, who insulted Araki and GW in every way imaginable. It became a whole case with italian animanga YouTubers against the news outlet, so much so they took the article off of Facebook and corrected some of the false informations.

I think this piece has the most research I’ve done before starting on it… literally sat through Canto 3, checked the canto wiki, song wiki, sinclair’s wiki while analysing his official arts with the song on repeat… hopefully my research wasn’t in vain, and that my Sinclair fans out there get the references in this one!
Canto 3 is one of those cantos where our sinner remains mostly unresolved (but still changed of course) at the end. I hope our dear Sinclair who’s breaking out of his shell learns to reconcile his two inner worlds, and fly as the best version of himself he chooses. So that is what this piece mostly focuses on.
