Hey everyone! This is my friend Elina’s pup Gucci that she got on June 4th, 2018. She is only 10 weeks old but unfortunately she was diagnosed with Parvo. If you know about Parvo you know it is deadly in dogs, especially pups. She is at the moment in intensive care with a 75-80% chance of survival. We all know how much pet bills are and Elina is looking at about $2000 a night for heavy treatment to possibly save Gucci. If you can or know anyone that can help please donate to the gofundme she has set up for her. The best help is word of mouth so a simple reblog can go a long way. All of us would really appreciate the help and it would mean the absolute world to Elina and her family if you could help her and Gucci’s survival.

Hi guys this is my dad, the first picture is of him and I when I was only 2 months old and the last picture is of him having a much better day [mentally] today- He remembered to smile. My dad is 87 years old and has been in the hospital for the past two weeks. He has some sort of bacterial infection that never really goes away and causes a lot of disorientation and confusion for him almost like Alzheimers except not quite. He has days where he knows exactly where he is and stuff but then he has days where I go visit him and he doesn’t know who I am and will sometimes ask me to leave which are always the hardest days. The nurses believe that due to this infection he is also forgetting how to walk because when they tried to take him on a walk for physical therapy he couldn’t even stand they say that this is because of how long he has just been laying in the hospital bed. He isn’t going to be getting out of the hospital soon they are going to transfer him to another hospital to keep him for another 2-8 weeks. My mom and I are probably most likely going to have to pay at least half or more of his medical bills straight out of pocket and this is the most stressful and heartbreaking situation we have ever been in. 2/13/16- UPDATE: They have moved my dad to another hospital where he doesn’t even have his own room or just one room mate but FIVE other room mates. Hospitals usually have a TV and yes this one has one but none of the 6 patients including my dad can see it because of the way its positioned. They didn’t clean my dads pee cup that had some sort of blood stain or something on it (he needs a pee cup since he isn’t able to get up and use the bathroom). This is beyond ridiculous my dad hates it here. He is supposed to be repositioned every 2 hours and when I got here to visit at 8 he hadn’t been repositioned since 2pm. This is honestly the worst hospital nursing service we have been too and trust me we have been to a lot..I just want the best for my dad and we can’t give it to him. 2/16/16- UPDATE: My dad has now been moved to a room with only one roommate thank God. Unfortunately he got pneumonia and is in a lot more pain now. He has lost his appetite. He just doesn’t eat or can and all he can really eat is jello and very soft foods. I can see him losing weight, his cheeks caving in and can see so much difference in just three days. It is honestly so heartbreaking having to see him like this and I just want him back home. Please pray for him.. 

2/19/16- UPDATE: My dad has now gotten a lot skinnier than before and can no longer chew his food so they have to change his meal plan to puree foods in order to eat.. I honestly am at such a low point and he says he’s giving up. I love my dad so much. Please just help by reblogging.

Please please please help by reblogging this we would really appreciate it. 2/23/16- UPDATE: He unfortunately now has to have his food through a tube. I don’t really know what else to say or do at this point it’s just really tearing me apart…If you see this please I’m begging you to just please reblog and donate if possible… Thank you for all the support you have all given me it means the world to me. 3/5/16- UPDATE: He has switched back to the original hospital he was at because we were completely fed up with the second hospital he was at. The staff was incredibly unprofessional and just didn’t know what they were doing. They were reading the wrong chart one day and almost gave my dad his room mates medication and that was it for us so we transferred him back. While he was at the other hospital he got pneumonia and at this point the doctors have said he can go two ways north or south. He has to have an oxygen mask on at all times right now because his oxygen is low. So he has a chance right now but they’ve already changed the antibiotics for him twice and so far it has not helped. Were really hoping this new antibiotic will help but if not our next option is a tube to the lungs to help him breathe. Everything else including his heart is all good it’s just the lungs now. Were really praying everything works out. Thank you for all the prayers and love it means so so much to my family and I. All the love. 3/7/2016- UPDATE: He is officially in the ICU and his blood pressure is dropping he’s in really critical condition and his hands are really cold. At this point i’m at a lost for words. Just help if possible..
