My first stop would be Modcloth, which has a number of spring-appropriate jackets and cardigans available at the moment. You might also check out ASOS; they carry a huge number of brands and ship quickly. Regular ol’ department stores will have a nice spread of simple options that can be easily dressed up with a little lace trim or a cute brooch. The Victorian Trading Co. and the Pyramid Collection occasionally have jackets and capelets that would work for gothic or classic lolita. Browse around Etsy for vintage and handmade finds, and if you’re willing to shell out for the convenience and fast shipping, look into Taobao resellers on Storenvy (be careful, though - some resellers do not keep stock of their items and only order as-needed, which will take LONGER than buying from Japan!). Good morning, friend! That color looks great on you. I have to be honest... the amount of time it takes for me to complete a given request varies wildly. Inspiration and enthusiasm comes and goes. Some I complete as soon as I get them, because the ideas just flow and Lolibrary is actually working. But then I’m hesitant to post them before I finish requests that arrived ahead of that one, and I dither about on the older requests that I maybe don’t have good ideas for, and some get pushed so far down my inbox that I forget about them completely and AAAAUUGH

Point is - there’s any number of reasons your request might be taking a while or gotten lost in the shuffle entirely. I can’t give you an average turn-around time, but I promise I give the ol’ college try on every request I get. Hopefully I can post yours soon!
