I can't believe just how noisy my belly is tonight 😩 it's so audibly upset that I havent even needed a mic pressed up against my tummy to hear everything 😖 Excuse the background sound of my bf typing on his PC in the next room, but ngl I don't think you guys will have any issue hearing my stomach 😅

I can still feel everything trying to digest as I type this (trying being the key word here). At this point, it's been over an hour of feeling every inch of my belly burble and complain, and I think I can confidently say that it really isn't happy with me. The second I rolled onto my side, I just felt everything fighting to resettle, and it's just been gurgling embarrassingly loud and my belly looks and feels so full and bloated 😣

I went out for dinner tonight with some friends, but also didn't want to waste some food that was going to have to be thrown out if I didn't have it by tomorrow...

Soooooo, here's everything I've had over the last few hours that has ended up waging war in my belly:

A vanilla thickshake (approx 500mL)

Karaage chicken

Roast potatoes

Coke No Sugar (250mL)

2 bananas

A whole container of strawberries

A bowl of protein yoghurt

And about 3/4 of a 750mL bottle of sparkling water

No thoughts...stomach empty...

Actually, it's not quite that bad and I did have a snack earlier because my tummy was starting to ache and that often triggers my acid reflux. Still mostly just water and coffee in there though. (First two clips were no mic btw, just happened to catch the growls at the right point)

So, since Tuesday evening, I've not had anything to eat aside from two little snacks (one yesterday and one today), otherwise it's just been liquid going into my tummy. I got through six hours of dance yesterday (three hours teaching, three hours of class), I've got two hours of teaching today, and I want to make it until my day off tomorrow.

And yes, that was my belly grumbling… 🤭
